This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

The property is located in a super neat spot. It is tucked away in a little nook, which feels very secluded. The property line borders TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority). This means you can venture off the property and explore without worrying about trespassing on the neighbor's land. There is a path to the lake. A public boat launch is just around the corner. It's about a 30-minute drive to Murray State University and a 20-minute drive to Paris Landing State Park.

It’s big enough to offer options for entertainment and dining but small enough to offer plenty of Southern hospitality.
