Co host Lynn Rogers has always been an outdoorsman. Knowledgeable about all hunting and fishing areas including history of all the surrounding areas including the nearby National Park just 15 minutes away. Kentucky Lake 10-15 minutes away. Lake Barkley 20 min Lynn is an old time Eagle Scout who has hiked hundreds of miles of Land Between The Lakes trails. Paducah is just 45 minutes away, all 4 lane except the 1st 2 miles. Fort Donelson is a 35 minutes.

Welcome to Our Father’s Place! Four generations of our family have invited folks to come to enjoy good food, stay all night (or a lot of nights), visit, rest or just sit a spell. Bring your family to this peaceful get- away that is just a short walk to the lake! Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles or a boat. Road dead ends at the lake about 1/3 of a mile past the house with a public boat launch. Spacious decks on 3 levels for lots of food and fun .Grill and smoker on the main level. For good food or boat rentals checkout the restaurant and marina at Lynnhurst or Marina at Irvin Cobb which are both within 5 miles.
