Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
