You have a closed and private plot of 300 m2, You access it through an independent entrance. Private parking space Village center 500 m away. Hikes: Le Semnoz, departure 100 m from the cottage. Lake Annecy and its old town are 15 km away, Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bouget are 20 km away. Nearby, summer offers many opportunities for activities.

Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.
