The stone house is located only 3 kilometers from the town of Svetvincenat. Guests have their own 2000m2, indoor and outdoor kitchen, fireplace, massage tub in the front of the courtyard with sun protection, infrared sauna and deck chairs and seating sets for rest. There are also 2 bicycles. The house is equipped with modern household appliances (Kitchenaid, De longhi coffee machine with capsules, American refrigerator..). Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season.
