As well as three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens and bath towels can be rented if desired. Cleaning is not included. Please leave it in the same condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

Beautiful view with approx. 30 meters to your own bathing area from the mountain. The cabin is well equipped with 3 good double beds, (bed linen to be brought). Possibility to rent a canoe and a small motorboat. Good fishing opportunities, especially for Gjørs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Nearest store (Galna Handlaren 1 kilometer) and bus stop (Kviström 2 kilometers). The popular swimming area Saltkällan is only 5 km away, and all the gems of the coast, such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad, are 40 km away, making it a perfect starting point for many nice excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
