Nice bike and hiking trails. 10 minutes to Ljungskile, torp and Uddevalla c. 30 minutes to Näl, Trollhättan. Bicycle distance to Uddevalla c 6 km. Good bus connections to Uddevalla and Ljungskile. If you have mobile BankID ID, the mini market is located nearby.

Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Parking is done on the grounds and if you want to work for a while there is a functional workspace with wifi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

You live close to the most popular climbing mountains in Bohuslän and you can make day trips to many nice swimming areas, shopping, Nordens Ark, Havets hus, kayak tours or hike. Close to Lysekil, Smögen, Grebbestad, Hunnebo. You have access to a lush garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The garden connects to a beautiful deciduous forest. The house is close to road 162 and the bus station. We live on a farm next door.

To the popular swimming area Saltkällan it is only 5 km and to all the pearls of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo , Fjällbacka and Grebbestad it is 40 km , perfect as a starting point for many fine excursion destinations. If you want to shop loose, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you reach in 10 minutes by car.

Welcome to a rural idyll overlooking meadows and forests. Here you live in a newly built apartment with your own entrance. The apartment consists of a kitchen and living room with an open plan, toilet and two bedrooms. From us at Dale it is about 30 minutes to the coast whether you want to take a trip to e.g. Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Nice place to stay for the weekend. Small but nice! You have everything you need, beds sleep well and the shower is nice. Good communication with Veronica. Surroundings are quiet, you can walk very nicely. Shops are 10 minutes away. We are very satisfied!

We happily recommend this little gem of a guesthouse in Utby. Photos don’t do justice to the spectacular views from the large deck and cozy living room. Modern and clean and a good location for exploring the west coast archipelago. The guesthouse is separate to/ below the host’s home but it’s a private and tranquil place to stay. Welcome treats left for our arrival with helpful notes and local suggestions was a lovely gesture by fabulous hosts. Linen was kindly provided on request. Entry is via steep steps, and bed is located in the mezzanine (fan is provided) plus a nice sofa bed also available if you don’t like low ceiling spaces. Parking for 2 cars was great. The stunning water views were a highlight of our trip, thanks Nicolina and Alexander for a wonderful stay!

This is the second time we stayed at Ngoc’s riverside house. We love the location and peaceful surroundings. Our son loves watching the trains go by at the front of the house. They don’t come very often so its not a disruption, but a lot of fun for a trainlover! We will be booking again in the future, thank you for hosting us Ngoc and Anders!

Cozy cottage at the edge of the forest

We, two people and a dog, spent three wonderful days in Helene's cabin. We had a little bad foresight when we booked but Helene fixed everything quickly according to our wishes. The cottage met our expectations well, there was everything you needed and everything was clean and nice. The location was exactly what we wanted, quiet and undisturbed. Perfect for our dog who could walk loose at the cottage. Helene and Börje are a nice host couple who are happy to give tips on walking paths and attractions in the neighborhood. Very good communication with the host who always responded quickly. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay in the cottage and can recommend it to others looking for a nice cottage in a quiet and undisturbed place. And we'd love to come back.
