Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Nearest store (Galna Handlaren 1 kilometer) and bus stop (Kviström 2 kilometers). The popular swimming area Saltkällan is only 5 km away, and all the gems of the coast, such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad, are 40 km away, making it a perfect starting point for many nice excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Gross area of the cabin is approx. 25 square meters. Single beds can easily be moved and turned into a double bed, 160x200 cm. Covered terrace for relaxation outside.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The apartment consists of a kitchen and living room with an open plan, toilet and two bedrooms. From us in Dale, it is about 30 minutes to the coast, whether you want to take a trip to, for example, Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Even in Munkedal there is much to do such as hiking, golfing, paddling, mini golf, swimming in both salt and fresh water.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance).
