My delightful 45-square-meter apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in a colorful 3-story building from the early 1900s, with a 25-square-meter garden. You will be within walking distance of all public transport (metro-tram-bus) and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Via Balilla is a small and characteristic tree-lined street with buildings, each of a different color and all with an internal garden. The apartment overlooks the gardens: you will be surrounded by greenery and awakened by the singing of the birds!

It is located right in the center, you can visit Rome on foot, it is 5 minutes from Termini station, where the transport from the airport converge. The Monti neighborhood is delightful to live in

Excellently connected! The new Metro C line (20 mt from the apartment) takes you to the Colosseum in 3 stops! The Metro A line is 5 minutes away. The Basilica of San Giovanni is a 5-minute walk away. The Pigneto pedestrian area is a 7-8 minute walk. The street is quiet yet close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies). The 30-square-meter terrace is enjoyable both summer and winter, decorated with plants and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dinners and aperitifs.

It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.
