Incredibly grateful to have found a place like this! On my next trip to Rome, I hope to stay here again! I’ve already begun recommending it to friends.

Excellent stay with an excellent host! The unit was very clean and had everything you’d need in an Airbnb. The breakfast was mostly pastries and jam that was left for us, and worked very well in a pinch. Catching public transportation (trolleys, buses) was also very convenient, as most stops were a very short walk away. Due to it being street level, it can be slightly noisy with the passing cars and pedestrians however it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

Claudia and Marco prepared us a healthy and tasty breakfast daily. Marco recommended special places to visit for free to complement our planned activities. Overall they were warm and welcoming!

Silvia's hospitality helped make my first visit to Rome perfect. From beginning to end, she was very kind and provided everything that I needed. Also, her space is just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum/Forum and other ancient sites. I can't recommend her B&B enough!

Diomiora and her husband were amazing with us, very interactive and helpful, comfortable bed, clean bed and bath and also a great breakfast! When we get back to Rome for sure we'll host with them again!

Giacomo and Maria Carolina are awesome hosts! Extremely friendly and helpful, and they want to make sure you have the best time in Rome. They give you all sorts of recommendations depending on what you want to do, from restaurants to markets to hidden gems. The room is spotless and so is the restroom, which was very important to us. They also have a shared kitchen at the place, where they put snacks, milk, tea and coffee, which is always available for their guests. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and dessert as a gift. The location is no super close to the touristy places but if you take the metro or a motorcycle you’ll be there in 10-15 min. The place is quiet and has AC, which allows you to fully recharge for the next day. Thanks to both for making our stay so easy, cozy and pleasant!

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Giancarlos place was perfect. The location was ideal for transport into the city and taxis for places not accessible by train (buses were another option). The place was clean and tidy and any damage was quickly fixed by the host. Communication was great and I would highly recommend and use again if I was to ever come back! 5/5!!

The accommodation is true to its description, clean and cozy in a quiet and charming building, the bedroom overlooks an adorable and very quiet courtyard. 10-15 minutes from all areas to discover so very correct location. Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Stefania is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very central. In my case, I made a base here to participate in the Rome Marathon 2025, starting from the Colosseum. Room with bathroom equipped with all amenities and very clean. The only flaw is the neighborhood, which is sometimes slightly noisy at night.

Modern accommodation, equipped with all amenities and matching the information provided. Spacious bathroom and clean accommodation... it also offers breakfast service.

Make sure to read the istructions on how to get there and not just the address. Danila was very accomodating and we were able to recharge our e-bikes. The terrace where we had breakfast was super nice. We didn't have much time to enjoy the place but I believe it would be a really nice spot for longer stays. Other guests were a bit noisy but when asked to quiet down at night they complied.

I was a guest with my son for only one day. I'm just saying that because it was worth being able to stay longer. Impeccable accommodation, very well-kept furnishings as well as immaculate. Attention to detail is definitely above average. A special compliment to Gianluca, very courteous. We'll be back if possible.

At Silvia and Francesco's, we felt at home from the start. You made our stay very special with a variety of recommendations (great restaurants, culture, activities, etc.) and an extremely friendly atmosphere. The house is truly unique; from a room with a private terrace and a beautiful view of Rome and nature, to the exceptionally artistic design of the interior. In addition, there is a delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it.
