Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Municipality of Kobarid

This place is so beautiful. Remote and calm, yet not far from Tolmin. Renata is a very warm and welcoming host. She lives right next door and gave us loads of homemade and local products to try. A very good base for a wonderful holiday in the Soča Valley.

We enjoyed this beautiful place so much! The house is very nicely decorated and everything has been thought of. It was great that we could use the vegetable garden. We loved the jacuzzi. The nature around the house is beautiful. Kaja is a very nice host and she gives good tips.

This is a lovely Alpine cottage right in the middle of the village. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The cottage is as described and very well equipped. Everythjng worked well. Brian is very helpful and responsive. I’d recommend this for a stay near the lake.

House Juliana in Podbrdo was the perfect place for a base to explore the many highlights of this wonderful region. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful you feel right at home as soon as you arrive and the location is well positioned for day trips to Bohinj, Bled and Tolmin just to name a few. The house is very well appointed and very modern and clean. The kitchen was excellent and we cooked every night which allowed us to relax at home. The house is extremely quiet with amazing blockout shutter that create complete darkness for sleeping. As a couple who have been travelling Europe for 6 weeks and staying in several AirBnB’s this was a fantastic experience and perfect for our circumstances (road tripping with a car) and the ability to park onsite was a bonus. Pia was a very responsive host and the care package with breakfast provisions was very thoughtful. If you are looking for accommodation in this part of Slovenia then don’t hesitate to book!

Romina is a very nice host. We got a place to stay in a clean and tidy small apartment with everything we had. It is an ideal place for travelers, dogs, in an enclosed garden, within reach of nature. It's also a great choice for paragliders. It's right next to the road to Kobala start place.

We were the first guests here and it was absolutely amazing, way better than we expected. For 6 people it is a really comfy and spacious house, definitely worth the price. The terrace view and the grill is just perfect, we are already planning to go back again.:)

Metka has been a wonderful and kind host in greeting us, making recommendations on places to go and great walks around, anticipating our demands. She has always been responsive in our communications, before and during our stay. The house is very well equipped because it has been lived in by generations, with a soul. Super clean. The location is perfect if one looks for quietness, close enough to the beauties of the lakes but without the crowds and the traffic. It is in a living village with active farming around but no shops or cafés within walking distance. The views on the mountains are stunning (get up early to catch the sunrise !). We can see the road but it is ok. Having a car is a must but 3 bicycles in very good condition are available. We were 4 adults and the house felt very comfortable and at ease. It only has one shower room downstairs (but 1 toilet on each floor) but we managed. My wife enjoyed the piano too ! Lovely time, fond memories. Viva Slovenia !

Beautiful location in the valley with no other houses around (except the other apartment in the house). Vanja was an exceptional host, always helping us out and giving us helpful advice. Would definitely recommend it!

Honestly one of the nicest hosts I’ve met! So helpful and welcoming and can’t say enough about the beautiful home and surrounding area! So many walkable places and so much to see within a 15 minute drive. Loved it!

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, clean and very spacious. We did not meet Alenka but she was very responsive and gave clear guidelines. In addition, the setting is very beautiful with many activities nearby.

We absolutely loved cozying up in what was one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the peaceful surroundings and being tucked away in nature. Irena and Tomaž were wonderful hosts; warm, welcoming, flexible, and friendly. We feel completely rejuvenated after our stay. This place is a true gem. Thank you :)

We have stayed in many apartments in the European Union. This time we were looking for something in Central Slovenia that would be a good starting point for excursions in all directions. We found the perfect apartment with Bev. The apartment is large and sunny, probably newly renovated in 2023. In the apartment we found everything we needed, even more than we expected, which is why we felt very comfortable and free there. What a great surprise to arrive at Jakas place in Ukanc. Everything was greater than we imagined. Started with phenomenal scenery to the cute, well equipped unit. You couldn’t be more relaxed. And don’t forget to preorder the breakfast!!

We absolutely loved the accommodation and felt right at home. During this autumn-winter season, it was especially cozy, with the warmth of the stove adding a wonderfully snug atmosphere to our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom met all of our expectations. This apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos – I can only recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time. The house ist huge and the garden with the little river in it is beautiful. Walter was very friendly an made us feel welcome. When there was a power outage one night, he came straight away to help us and got the power Back on in no time. 12 out of ten stars 😁

Beautiful location, walking distance to lake and walking path that will take you around the lake. Very quiet and peaceful area. Joze was so sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our group of 3 couples.

The house is beautiful, tidy, very clean. It is very well equipped with everything needed for a stay from the kitchen to the bathroom. Since we were in the winter time we were greeted by a warm house and prepared wood to make ourselves a fire if we wanted for the ambiance. Mrs. Mojca is very friendly and approachable.
