Wow! I stay at a lot of Airbnb's because I want to experience the local community. We splurged a little to stay here and we couldn't stop talking about how nice it was! Gorgeous property and so well appointed with amazing views. Everything was perfect! Also a fantastic location to walk to everything. Andrej made checkin and parking super clear communication and very specific directions. Would stay here again for sure 💯 if this place is available ... book it!!

The apartment is nicely done and it has absolutely everything you may need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully functional and loaded. Parking is very convenient. The views from the 33rd floor were cool. The host was very welcoming and approachable, shared useful recommendations with us. I totally recommend the property! We went to the gym and we were not impressed - equipment and weights are a bit old and depreciated, but they can get the job done. We didn’t use the spa or the pool, but they were looking fine from a sneak peak. This is just for information of visitors, the wellness center is not operated by the host and is not a subject of my review.

Leonid is very kind. The house was 10-15 min walk to the Stone Bridge and Old Town. The building is new and amenities in the house are good. The balcony is just great. 😊😊 however he could be a bit more attentive to cleaning as we saw dust in some places. However, overall we loved our stay in Leonid’s place and would definitely come again ☺️❤️

Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. AVM tam dolmadığı için biraz umduğumu bulamadım ama onun dışında ev, temizlik, spor, konfor olarak her şey güzeldi. Kristijan her soruma cevap verdi. Erken giriş olanağı sağladı ve sabah 5 de eve girebildim. Her şey için teşekkürler kendisine.

Wonderful Stay in Skopje! Bojan’s apartment was fantastic! It’s modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great—close to the city center with free parking and excellent security. The spacious rooms and amenities like Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen were perfect. Bojan was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skopje!

net talimatlar sağladı ancak bizim de yol yorgunu olmamız (Arnavutluk tan geldik) aynı zamanda apartman sitesinin değişik park sistemi nedeniyle ilk başta otopark yerini bulmamız zor oldu onun dışında bir problem yoktu daire cevahir mall üzerinde ücretsiz fitness var sabah 6:00-22:00 arası girebilirsiniz chedomir dost canlısıydı ailecek kalmalar için uygun biraz şehrin dışı o yüzden araç olması avantaj.

İletişime geçtiğimizden itibaren yardımsever cana yakın ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşan bir ev sahibi.. Evinde eksik birşey yoktu. Konum olarak merkeze araçla 10 dakika heryere çok yakın. Ayrıca evin altında alışveriş merkezi bulunuyor kozmetik, giyim, hediyelik, döviz bürosu, market gibi bir çok olanak mevcut. Evin otoparkı olması çok büyük bir nimet. Araçla park cezası yedik ve kendisine nasıl ödeyebiliriz diye sorduğumuzda saat akşam üzeri 21:30 olmasına rağmen 15 dakika içerisinde yanımıza gelip cezayı ödeme konusunda yardımcı oldu ve sonrasında bize ceza ödediğimizden dolayı motivasyon olması adına birşeyler ısmarlamak istedi ısrarları sonucunda kırmadık ve götürdüğü yerde çok güzel bir ortam vardı. Özet geçersek biz çok memnun kaldık mutlaka burayı tercih edin..

Ev çok sessiz ve güzel bir manzarası var. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek çok yakın. Avm lere yakın. Ve ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ilgili bir insan. Eve girdiğimde masada şehir için kullanılacak otobüs kartı bırakmış. Bu düşünceli davranış bile herşeyi anlatmaya yeterli. Tanıdığım en iyi ev sahibi. Bu yüzden evin rezervasyonunu uzattım ve bu evde kaldığım için mutluyum.

We, 2 families of 4 with young kids, visited this house and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria was very helpful throughout our communication before, during and after our stay. Their guides, the welcoming food and wine, the totally clean house and generally the overall experience was great. we totally recommend the hosts and their listing as it was exactly as the description and we felt like home. our home in Skopje

Really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. On 25th floor is a great view to the city. Apartment is bright and spacious. There is also private parking space. There is gym, swiming pool and spa, small grocery shop in the building itself. Also I was provided with one of the best instructions how to find apartment and how to settle in. I recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Skopje

Sinisha is an open and culturally-informed host. He was kind, able to relate to us quickly and make us feel at home. Genuinely good person. Check in was smooth and he showed us all the amenities including the pool, gym, and sauna. His offer to pick us up from the airport for a small fee was a better deal than what we ended up paying the airport taxi driver. The place was very clean, quiet, and tidy. It is a modern building with brand new furnishing. The location is convenient since many taxi drivers know it, and for those who drive, there is free parking. The apartment is situated within a mall complex, so there is easy access to everyday needs. Honestly one of the nicest places we've stayed in, and we travel quite a bit. If you are considering coming to Skopje, you have to stay at Sinisha's place. 10/10 experience.

Gabriela çok nazik bir ev sahibiydi.Ev cevahir sky city de .Bizim aracımız olduğu için çok rahattık.Merkeze 5 dakikalık mesafede.Daire 36.katta ve harika bir panaromik şehir manzarasına sahip.Sadece manzara için bile tercih edilebilir.Evde çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi olması tatilinizi kolaylaştırıyor.Evin altında cevahir alışveriş merkezi var.Çeşitli mağazalar ve market olması ihtiiyaçlarınıza hemen ulaşmanızı sağlıyor.Üsküp tatiliniz için özelikle aracınız varsa kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

Mooi appartement met gaaf uitzicht. Schoon, nieuw, ruim, compleet. Je moet wat stapjes doorlopen voordat je binnen bent, maar de uitlegis duidelijk. Parkeergarage is een doolhof zonder bordjes die naar de uitgang wijzen…..😉
