Beautiful house in beautiful, quiet surroundings with its own stream in the garden. The drive is a bit adventurous over a serpentine road, but easily accessible. We felt very comfortable.

A great place to spend a few days, we even got a larger apartment than we expected :)

Gregor‘s Apartment is located in a Very quiet corner of Jezersko. It is perfectly clean, Gregor answers very fast, is very helpful and you really have everything you need to have a perfect relaxing time or if you want to go to the mountains. We can warmly recommend Gregor and this beautiful location for a vacation trip in Slowenia!

Lovely house, conveniently located 5 minutes from Kobarid. Plenty of room. Modern feel. View from the back pool area is fantastic.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.

Andrej's apartment is perfect for a family. We stayed two nights with a family of seven people. The apartment is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the village of Ribno is beautiful. Andrej keeps the lawn and outdoor area very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of places to relax in his yard. It is an easy walk from Andrej's apartment to Bled, and that was a great way to see the village and countryside. Andrej himself is very personable and friendly. He gave us several helpful tips about activities to do in the area and where to eat in Bled.

We had a great stay! The house is really nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The backyard is lovely and perfect for spending time outdoors. Check-in was super easy with the self check-in system. The house is also very well equipped with everything you might need. It's in a great location—less than 10 minutes from Lake Bled, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were always responsive and helpful. There’s also a great pizza place nearby that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place!

We had amazing time at the house. It’s clean, spacious and well decorated. Indoor fireplace is a big plus especially during the winter. The place is in between Kranjska Gora and Bled. We went for hiking and skiing. There’s a river right beside the house, and on a 5 minute walk is a very nice lake that was frozen so we could ice skate on it. Amazing vacation in an amazing house. Beautiful place although not big but each rooms function well and n both Slovenian estate agents and host Marjeta were extremely responsive to resolve some our issues throughout the stay (electricity trip, snow covering the road) and all actions were promptly taken. Top notch service and we had a comfortable cozy stay ! On our last night my daughter had too much fun in the hot tub and entire family had to wait for hrs for water to be hot again but other thn that no big issue. Slovenia has been great to us 🩷

Frančiška was a wonderful host, she met us right at the door as we pulled up and offered us some Slovenian coffee and homemade cake … it was delicious. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her and her husband are very sweet. The place was extremely clean and felt like home. Had everything you need, including an espresso machine and a pour over coffee device. The location is perfect, just outside of Bled, so you get a nice peaceful getaway from the city, while still being close enough to go in for the day. Also close to the national park by car! Can’t recommend enough. Hvala Lijepo!

The location is great, you can reach the lake on foot in a few minutes. You can also walk to the city in about 30 minutes. The highlight of the place is the owners, always kind and in the morning they made us find fresh bread and a dessert. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and induction plates. Only the key was missing so we could close the bathroom door, but we resolved it with a sign.

A well appointed modern house which has ample space for everyone and all the amenities one would need. Although it isn't situated next to Lake Bled, the drive is short and pleasant since most scenic spots are within 1-2 kilometers radius. Elderly may find some levels harder to access, otherwise it is difficult to fault the house. And the host Spela is always responsive and flexible.

Wonderful stay with friends at Sisters Simenc. Laura was incredibly responsive over the app, and Tatjana and Boris were wonderful hosts. We were given cake and lemonade on arrival, and homemade jam to take away with us! One night Boris made us delicious pizzas on the terrace overlooking a meadow with horses, which we all agreed was our favourite dinner when staying in Bled. We have not been treated with such kind hospitality before and their kindness really made our trip feel special. We will be recommending Sisters Simenc to anyone thinking of visiting Bled in future. The apartment is also minutes from the lake and close to everything you might need, and only a 25 minute walk from Bled town centre.

We had such a great stay at Nika and Luka’s place! It was super clean, which we really appreciated. It felt fresh and well taken care of the moment we walked in. The space itself is cozy and inviting. The interior design made it feel warm and comfortable—like the kind of place you actually want to hang out in, not just sleep. It had all the little touches that make a difference. We especially loved the small picture frames with instructions on the wall and the gifted bottle of local apple juice. But honestly, the view was the real highlight. Walking into the living space and seeing the full view of the lake and the church was amazing. It was such a peaceful, calming backdrop for the whole stay. We’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, quiet, and cozy spot with a killer view.

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

The apartment is very spacious, the beds are good and the kitchen is extensively equipped. Despite the fact that it was 30 degrees outside and there is no air conditioning, the temperature was fine and sleeping went well. You can hear the church bells, but we use them pretty quickly. With the windows closed, it was noticeably less noticeable anyway. The apartment and especially the bathroom could use an update, but high probability that we will look up Cvetka again when we go towards Bled. Even if it's just for her hospitality. It is super nice place on the good can of the lake.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

This stay exceeded my expectations! Our host was super responsive, and so friendly and helpful when we saw them in the house (we had an apartment in the larger house). The apartment was super clean and well-equipped, and the location can't be beat. It's literally right across the street from Lake Bled, so we could easily walk to dinner, the castle, pletna boats, etc. That was very convenient since there was road construction the days we were there, so there was more traffic than normal. Would 100% stay here again!

We stayed here for our first time in Slovenia and it felt like such a cozy home the moment we walked in through the doors! Eva was so lovely and provided wonderful instructions every step of the way. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a half hour walk down to Lake Bled. We absolutely loved our stay and it all came down to the little things: the heated tile flooring, the wood burner, towel warmer, the delicious wine, and on and on! Would recommend staying here 5⭐️
