It is divided into two floors: the apartment part (2 apartments of which one with its own terrace) is placed in a loft area, on the ground floor there is a sauna with apitherapia (inhalation of bee air) and a hot tub, as well as a common area to hang out by the fireplace and a shared terrace. The common terrace is possible to use the barbecue. All of these are unlimited on customer use and already included in the price.

Apartment 6 Miklavčič is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a conveniently equipped kitchen.
