My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The Trierer Quereinhaus from 1836 was lovingly restored according to a historical model, with ecological building materials such as clay, lime, hemp and solid wood. Feel the unique atmosphere of a historic house made of natural materials. Discover our artistic decorations. Relaxation can be found in the adjoining garden with terrace or in the stone pine sauna. Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

You will simply enjoy the spectacular view of the Mosel region and the beautiful garden. Of course, you can feel free to go to the garden and enjoy the sun or the pleasant shadow under the trees. In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .
