The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m from the beach, 5 minutes from the Rimini fair and 4 minutes from the center. It has a private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, who is good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as the outdoor space is shared.

A well-lit bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed, complemented by white linens and a blue throw blanket. Natural light enters through a nearby window, enhancing the calming atmosphere. A decorative light fixture hangs from the ceiling, while a small bedside table is positioned beside the bed.

Intimate and welcoming environment, 60 meters from the beach, 6 km from the historic center of Rimini and a 10-minute drive from Rimini Fiera. There is a WiFi connection, cooking utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and sheets, two TVs and finally two bikes that are included in the price of the stay. All views are on the condominium's private property for the benefit of greater privacy.

The apartment is about a three-minute drive from the sea, while you can reach the historic center of Rimini in ten minutes with its monuments and commercial attractions. The nearest entrance to the Rimini Fair is 1 kilometer away, which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. For the various destinations you can use the bus that stops right in front of the house. Our accommodation gives peace to families with children, couples, work travelers or leisure travelers.

We didn't stay at AnaMaria's place because we were convinced that the lady offered the entire apartment and not just the room.

A very well presented new apartment. The apartment it’s spacious and comfortable with everything one might need available. The beds are super comfy and the linen and towels very clean . Very clean and new shower, ac and wifi . Nice place to chill out equally close to beach, to supermarket and the nightlife (shops, restaurants). The host is extremely helpful, friendly and very responsive and has created an amazing welcoming environment with his place . The location is so quiet considering is so close to all the amenities. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family and most definitely would stay there again.

I stayed with my friends for the Rimini Wellness period, I think the accommodation has an ideal location. Less than 1 km away is the bus stop 8, which takes you to the fair, very convenient! The accommodation is as described, clean and tidy. It has a nice terrace where you can eat and two bedrooms that give an extra sense of privacy. Remember the deposit!!! We didn't read it, due to distraction, but it was mentioned in the description.

A white washing machine is displayed, still wrapped in protective plastic. Controls and settings are visible on the front, indicating its modern design. The machine is positioned on a tiled floor, contributing to a tidy laundry area.

BEAUTIFUL NEW APARTMENT NEVER LIVED IN

Great appartement. The house is 2012. The apartment is recently renovated - a new kitchen with built-in household appliances: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge. There is a TV, but there is no access to the Internet - you will need to take care of this yourself. In the kitchen there are pots, frying pan, cups and plates, spoons, knife - there is everything for cooking. We only needed a microwave to heat the food later, but these are small things. The bedroom has a double bed, in the children's bunk bed, there is bed linen. In the hall, there is a sofa with "tired" upholstery. There are two mobile air conditioners. They work quite loud at night not everyone will be able to sleep with the AC on. We went to the sea to 21 beaches, we liked it better, 15-20 minutes to the beach with a leisurely step. Navigator directed us to 30 beach, it was closer. The sea was very warm, but there was a lot of Gonyaulax fragilis algae floating. It was difficult to wash from the algae, so not all people bathed. It's good that there is a shower on the beach. Great stay!
