We stayed at David's house for one night, but the location of the house was easy to find. The house was very clean. It was as shown in the photos. We had a perfect accommodation experience.

Great, stylish, lovingly furnished apartment: There's nothing missing! The view from the balcony to the Ruhr area or Duisburg is sensational, the location is very good. Downtown Moers is "around the corner." Marie is always quickly accessible. I felt very comfortable The apartment is 100% recommended and I will certainly be back. Thanks for a great stay!

There were no complications during our stay. On Monday morning, since there was no guest immediately after us who moved into the apartment on the same day, we were able to take our time with the checkout. We left at about 1 pm and handed over a key in person, left one in the apartment. Unfortunately, due to the private time stress, something of my own property remained in the apartment, which I noticed on the way to the main train station. Here, too, I would like to express my personal thanks to the hosts: We were able to meet again immediately after my journey back to the accommodation and they unlocked the apartment for me and brought my private belongings down from the apartment on the third floor. That was accommodating. So I was able to return satisfied with all my things. Overall, I would like to give Airbnb and the service a very good quality, which I can recommend to everyone

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

We had nice time in Essen. Diari gave us some personalised recommendations as we were travelling with small kids. We also booked the night before travel and he accommodated us easily and the babycot was ready when we checked in. Thanks so much!

Clarissa and Christoph have been very great hosts. They respond super quickly and are very kind and friendly. The flat is super sweet and cozy. You get what you see on the pictures. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would choose the flat again.

We had a good time here. Clemens was very nice and check-in was relaxed and easy. The place is modern, clean and has everything you need. Located in a detached house neighborhood, it was also pleasantly quiet. It's not a long drive to the Düsseldorf fair.

The flat was a very well organized, refirbished, clean and tidy. Sanel was also perfect, he personally met us and introduced all amenities of the flat. I would recommend this flat and Sanel to anyone planning visit around Duesseldorf or Duisburg.

Wonderful overnight stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at this place! I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and you immediately noticed how much love for detail is involved here. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need – from comfortable beds to a small, well-stocked kitchen. I especially liked the quiet location, which was still very central – perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with the host was also super friendly and straightforward, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime! We had a family reunion in Duisburg and therefore needed a place to stay for one night. Sabine and Manuel's apartment was on the same street, which was very convenient for us. The key handover was very straightforward (after a phone call, the key was brought to us!). We were actually only there to sleep. Everything we needed was there and we felt comfortable and at home right away. The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere and is especially beautiful in the morning when the sun comes in. We will be happy to come back!

we had a great time at Wilfried's, his apartment is as described and you will feel at home. You can easily find places to park around the building and the shops are not very far away. You could find a moment of tranquility by going to the swimming pool which is also in the building.

Great location for me going to a conference all week at the Messe. Close to bus stop from the Flughafen Düsseldorf, and the streetcar either into town or to the Messe. Lots of options like ride sharing, bike and scooter sharing. The apartment was in a great building with very nice people. The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very clean and I felt at home.
