What a perfect stay! BuMohamed was extremely friendly and helpful and always responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the balcony is lovely. We came for the F1 race and it is a quick uber ride to the nearby hotels where you can catch the free shuttles to the circuit. Everything very comfortable, I would stay again!

The place is clean and has everything you need. The beautiful view makes it a very relaxing spot. Checking in was easy because Omar, the host, gave us all the instructions beforehand. He was quick to respond to any questions I had about the place. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time with family or friends. There’s plenty to do in the area, and restaurants are just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about food. We will definitely book this place again.

Iconic Stay: Four Seasons View

Farhan was very responsive and easy to reach, the place was clean and as shown in the photos. The location was absolutely great but sadly the doorman for the building was very unhelpful and unfriendly with us when we arrived. There was only one access card to get inside the building which was very inconvenient and made it easier to lose the card because it’s harder to keep track of it when you have 5 people using it at a time, and there was a 250 SAR penalty when we unfortunately lost it. The apartment and the facilities surrounding it were great but there were some things that would benefit from improvement especially at this price point: the lights at the night stands didn’t have any lamps inside of them, the tp quality at the bathrooms was really bad and the bed mattresses and pillows could be a lot better.

The place is sweet and beautiful, and all services are available in Balcony Choufou, including the sea from two sides, the tower has an integrated gym and a sauna, and it has a Jacuzzi with the swimming pool + sessions overlooking the sea, and in general, the area is safe to enter and exit ✅
