The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

A lovely family Have been of immense help to me for issues relating to everyday dealings in Thailand. You can only be upset at the amount of kindness. So if allergic to kindness, stay away from this resort.

There was an electrical issue in the accommodation, but Richard quickly prepared another accommodation, so I was able to stay in the accommodation amicably. Thank you. The house is in pinnery park. It is accurate to say “suanson beach” (next to big c mini) in Google Maps. There is a convenience store at the entrance, so it was very convenient. The beach was also a 3-minute walk away, so I was satisfied. There are no big shopping malls around the property, and there are stores on the beach? There are a lot of small restaurants. It was a high star rating and delicious on Google. There is also a fish market nearby. The beach is so pretty and the water is shallow, so it was nice to play with my child. The beach is generally quiet and clean. It's a hidden gem. Our family rented a car and came to the accommodation. Central Rayong is 20-30 minutes away, so I went there often. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a massage shop that I could walk to. This place is recommended for those who want to enjoy a real vacation and relaxation. I'd like to stay in Rayong again next time I get a chance. Thank you for a great place to stay. I made good memories:)

Korn is a responsive host, self check-in, we were not able to meet him, Mr. Korn made sure that we were everything we needed, he booked me a taxi to get to a place, he was able to answer all my needs and questions, thank you again for the stay.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. For the price and location you can't go wrong. Just down the road you can rent a scooter and explore miles of beaches. The street food and restaurants are amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet still close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
