Vacation rentals with a pool in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

House was wonderfully located directly on a quiet beach. So from the garden on the beach. On the terrace/garden was a small hot tub which is nice with small children. House was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils etc. However, it is useful if you want to cook for yourself. This has also been done a lot. Restaurants were all closed after a few. No season. And what was open did not give the Thai quality we are used to. As a wife of the family, a good Thai cook, we are of course also spoiled. Is a destination where it is nice if you are equipped with a car. The moped is nice but a car is desired for visiting restaurants/markets/somewhat larger place for Makro/Lotus. You also have the opportunity to explore the area some worthwhile if you want to go outside the tourist trails. There is so much more than Bangkok etc. All in all, for a “falang ” resident of Thailand with his family, this was another part of Thailand which we explored what was good from this beach house

Nice house in a guarded area in a quiet village. Two large swimming pools and a jacuzzi on the territory. There are several restaurants nearby. All amenities, good air conditioning, very quiet 🌴

Cosy and quiet place. Perfect to relax and recover. After arriving we just felt like at home. The house is well maintained and got everything we needed during our stay The kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. .

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and respond quickly. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it had no electricity. We told Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When checking out, we learned from the receptionist that it was forgotten to unlock the kitchen for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our morning meal and had to change. 2) The floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet got dirty very quickly. You could also see that well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It's a very nice house and the surroundings/beach are beautiful. We had a great time.

Beautiful, simply equipped house in a well-kept residential complex with large pool. Restaurants on the beach and in the village are within walking distance. Fantastic beach.

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.

Lush apartment with incredible views and perfect location

We had a lovely stay at Mikael's apartment. It has direct access to the pool, which is very nice. there is the essentials in the kitchen and several very good restaurants around. A large supemarche Lotus is about minutes away for shopping and there is a 7 eleven about ten minutes away. Thank you very much Michael

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
