Vacation rentals with a pool in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District

Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

Huis lag heerlijk direct aan een rustig strand. Zo vanuit de tuin op het strand. Op het terras/tuin was een klein bubbelbad wat fijn is met kleine kinderen. Huis was voorzien van allerlei kookgerei etc. Wel handig als je zelf wilt koken. Dit ook veel gedaan. Restaurants waren op een paar na allemaal gesloten. Geen seizoen. En dat wat open was gaf niet de Thaise kwaliteit die wij gewend zijn. Als vrouw van het gezin een goeie Thaise kok is zijn we natuurlijk ook verwend. Is wel een bestemming waar het fijn is als je voorzien bent van een auto. De brommer is leuk maar voor bezoek aan restaurants/markten/wat groter plaats voor Makro/Lotus is een auto gewenst. Je hebt ook dan de mogelijkheid om de omgeving wat te gaan verkennen wat de moeite waard is als je buiten de toeristische paden wil gaan. Er is zoveel meer als Bangkok etc. Al met al voor een “falang “ inwoner van Thailand met zijn familie was dit weer een gedeelte van Thailand wat we verkend hebben wat goed kon vanuit dit strandhuis

Petite maison dans un petit village résidentiel d’expatriés suédois. Propre et bien équipé. Chouette ambiance et piscine au top. Mieux vaut être motorisé (possibilité de louer un scooter sur place) pour pleinement profiter du lieu, des plages alentours et des restos.

Très belle maison à proximité de la plage dans un village de pêcheurs. Nous avons apprécié la belle piscine et la gentillesse du personnel qui s’occupe de l’entretien du complexe Orchid 6. L’hôte est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux questions. La maison est bien équipée avec climatisation dans chaque pièce, un grand balcon, une cuisine complète pour préparer des repas.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und macht garantiert spass. Wir haben es sehr genossen, als Familie dort zu sein. Die Reception und Nadia sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es gibt 2 Sachen, die wir aber erwähnen müssen: 1) Wir konnten die Küche nicht benutzen, weil sie keinen Strom hatte. Wir haben das Nadia zwar mitgeteilt, aber irgendwie war da ein Missverständnis. Beim Auschecken haben wir dann von der Rezeptionistin erfahren, dass vergessen wurde die Küche für uns freizuschalten. Das war schade, denn wir konnten dadurch unser Morgenessen nicht zubereiten und mussten uns umstellen. 2) der Plattenboden im ganzen Haus war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Füsse waren sehr schnell dreckig. Man hat das auch gut gesehen im Gegenlicht. Wir können die Unterkunft aber absolut weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Umgebung/Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Schönes, einfach ausgestattetes Haus in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage mit grossem Pool. Restaurants am Strand und im Ort sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Phantastischer Strand.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour décrire notre séjour chez Lucien. Anna a été merveilleuse dès notre arrivée et la maison est grande, propre, dans une résidence calme et fleurie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont parfaites pour les enfants. Et c'est situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer en scooter, 15 min à pied. Restaurants, centres de massage, boutiques, street food, supermarché, tout est accessible facilement. C'est vraiment un endroit magnifique, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Lucien, Anna et Didier -qui s'occupent des invités- pour votre gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre question!

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans l'appartement de Mikael. il a l' acces direct a la piscine, ce qui est tres agreable. il y a le necessaire dans la cuisine et plusieurs tres bons restaurants aux alentours. Un grand supemarche Lotus se trouve a une vimgtaine de minutes pour faire des courses et il y a un 7 eleven a une dizaine de minutes. merci beaucoup Michael

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
