The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

The place is really nice, clean, and exactly as described. It’s in a very quiet area, perfect for chilling out and relaxing. The host was super responsive and friendly, which made everything easy and smooth. Would definitely stay again. Thank you na kha.

Great little, antique house hidden away in a very old school Thai neighborhood. If you would like to experience what living in one of the endless side streets in Bangkok I’d like this is your place. Albeit with having a nice quiet garden. A rarity in Bangkok where outside space is a rare commodity. Try out the riverside restaurant that is just a 3 minutes walk away for really good Thai food and a sunset view.

The place is super new ! The house is sparkling clean Everything is in walkable distance . So many restaurants nearby and also MRT . Easy to get around ! 7-11 is just 5mins walk Way is a good host and always responsive. Thank you for having me.

This AirBNB was awesome and perfect for our stay in Bangkok! The apartment was spacious and beautiful - it looks just like the pictures. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A nice looking pool (though I didn't use it). Very clean, the AC was good. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and it has a washer and dryer, which is a nice luxury. The managers were very responsive to any messages we sent, and were kind enough to let us check out late. The check in process was easy (though be aware, check out required an inspection so don't order your Grab right away). Ari is a nice walkable neighborhood, close to BTS, with lots of street food during the day and some nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a little further out from the center, but Bangkok is so spread out anyway we didn't find that that affected us too much. Only downside - the WIFI was a bit weak, especially outside of the main room. Not a problem for us, but maybe a concern for someone working remote.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

中心地から少し離れていますが、BTSの駅が近く、またタクシーが安かったのでほとんどタクシーで移動した。徒歩10〜15にいくつかショッピングモールがありとくにセントラルのフードコートやレストランはとても使いやすかった。 部屋は写真通りで新しく清潔でした。バスルームが2つあるのが快適でした。 子連れでしたが使いやすく便利でした。 また、ホストは迅速な返答をくれるのでとても信用できました。 バンコクでとても良い滞在ができました。ありがとうございます。

Хорошо проведи время в этом доме, единственное что можно поменять матрас :) жесткая для нас. Купите пульт от телевизора пожалуйста следующим ребятам. Кондо супер. Землятресение испортило нам последний день в квартире, сам кондо сильно пострадал

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

Lovely peaceful area with the kindest host, Ploy was more than happy to show me around the area as well as supply a great breakfast every morning, her mother even cooked me an amazing Thai green curry, would definitely recommend and will be visiting again when coming back to Bangkok

I had great stay with Goong and her family, she was very helpful host and helped me with everything. Place is nice and big, great internet also good for work with some nice places to eat around .

On a quiet residential street, this former shopfront residence is the antidote to the hordes of whitewashed, modern apartments in Bangkok. We stayed for three nights and would likely stay again next time we are in the city.

To Miss pao, Hi mom, (used to call her mom, cos she's like a mother to us during our stay). You were so sweet, so nice and so kind to us. Im sorry for all the trouble.
