Everything is clear. We thought it would be different from the photos, but not. Just like on the photo. The location is normal. Close to the metro. But the metro in Ty is expensive as it turned out. Nearby 7-11, 4 shop. Big with supermarket. Shopping center nearby, 20 min walk , night market 20 min walk

The place was absolutely amazing. From check in to check out it was fabulous. Phueng’s place is well maintained and everything was as shown n as described. I stayed at her place for about 20 days n it was just a fun place to stay. With everything close by I did not have to struggle for anything. Phueng at the time of check in n check out was really helpful n I did not struggle one bit. Loved the time I spent at her place. Would definitely like to come bak n stay at her place again.Thank u Phueng for this wonderful opportunity.

Good security, a quiet and peaceful Condo. Apartment is modern, clean, cozy and has a very good view. Communication, check in & check out is smooth and easy. Paul, the host, is a  warmth, helpful and caring person who ensured that his guests have a comfortable and relaxing stays in his home. A 24-hour 7-11 and Pharmacy is just next door. Walking to the MRT Station Bang Krasor takes about 1-2 minutes and along the way there are some street food stalls. Opposite the Condo, there is a small shopping mall. In the mall, there are shops, restaurants, a food court and a Big-C Store. Travelling on the Purple Line is very easy and convenient and will lead you to more Shopping Malls and shops like Robinson, Big-C Extra and a big, spacious and modern Mall, Central Plaza Westgate. If you love to be away from the tourist crowd, then this place will definitely let you experience Bangkok with the local people in a very convenient way.

We had a 9-day stay at Ray's place and it was like we were at home. Everything is clean and tidy, lots of facilities and it's comfortable. Ray is very kind and responds quickly! We're definitely coming back!

The accommodation was as advertised in the photos but not very clean. Dishes for only 2 people when there were 3 of us. Need to have a vehicle because it's a little far from everything. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

It was a place I stayed for Songkran, and the room condition was so good for the price that I liked it very much. The interior was spotlessly tidy, clean, and the staff was friendly. I would like to stay again if I visit Bangkok again next time.

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

the place was absolutely lovely. there were some bugs but that is to be expected in thailand and there was a spray provided that helped. the apartment is somewhat near chatuchak market, decently near to a metro station, and has a large night market just a block away. what i enjoyed most was the small shopping-center within the complex, which had many things one could need. laundry, hair salon, nail salon, seamstress... all very reasonably priced and helped greatly during our stay. thank you jeenie !!!

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. clean, cozy and looks like the images online. The owners are very friendly and responsive. 9/10 would stay here again.

The room is nice and cozy. The host is responsive and very helpful. I recommend this place especially for those who use the public transportation.

Yanissa is a very responsive host so I give a good rating. Regarding the accommodation it deserves a little more maintenance to be rented properly but the main thing for us was clean: clean and comfortable bed, new sponge and dish soap available, clean fridge. The location is correct people are very kind and there is a seven eleven in the building.
