Everything was great!

The house is spacious and has a really nice layout. Rooms are big, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Some small downsides are the view from the garden, you overlook the valley with some industry and the highway is quite nearby, you can hear it from the garden. But we guess the garden would feel very different in spring and summer when the trees have all their leaves. We had some difficulties with the floor heating, but I'm am sure this will get fixed, since Yewgenija is a super host who went out of her way to answer our questions asap and is very open to suggestions on how to improve the house and the experience of her guests. The area is very nice for daytrips and walks and the Ahr and its small villages are certainly worth the trip, although I would rather recommend a visit outside of winter. Since the big flood of 2021 a lot has been done to rebuild the area and the Ahr-valley residents are very warm and welcoming to tourists!

We enjoyed it very much, the hosts are very nice and straightforward. The amenities were great, especially in the kitchen. We had plenty of room to cook and eat together... not so easy for 11. It would be nice if there might be a table tennis table or a trampoline in the garden. You can make beautiful hikes in the area. Unfortunately, we only had one weekend. We can definitely recommend this house.

Check-in and checkout were straightforward, a lot of energy was put into the decor of the accommodation, and you can tell. 👍

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at the witch's house. The house is well equipped, you will find everything you need. For us, the low ceiling height was also no problem, as we are both not tall😊

We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

The apartment is super lovingly furnished, you feel right at home and have everything you need. I felt comfortable from second 1. ❤️ Also super recommended for dog owners, you are very rural and can go for a great walk. At the same time, you can still get to Cologne very quickly by car. Perfect location for activities. :)

This place was great, it was in a quiet location, had a parking space, there was an aldi or lidl near by, the place was fully equipped with everything, kitchen, fridge, dishes etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Carmen is super friendly and proactive, always making sure everything was perfect for our visit. The apartment itself was nice and clean, providing a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful comfortable home with all amenities. Located in a quiet place on the edge of the village between homes and some companies in a rural area with nice hiking opportunities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The house was absolutely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was superbly equipped so we could easily prepare our meals. Also the bathroom was modern and comfortable, and the hot tub was a real luxury that made the stay even more enjoyable. The TV was also of good quality and provided a great way to relax. The only small downside was that there were no shutters. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend a stay!

We spent some nice and quiet days with our dog Rudi during the turn of the year. The accommodation is very nicely located in the countryside, a small farm with cows is located nearby. There are beautiful opportunities for walking and hiking. Exactly the tranquility and seclusion we were looking for! Stefanie and her husband were also very friendly! Thank you for everything! Our stay was very pleasant. I might have preferred a bed that wasn't against the wall. We walked to the center of Koblenz. It had free parking right at the door. A quiet and pleasant place without noise to spend the night and rest. Everything was very clean and the shower was perfect. Well-equipped. I recommend it

I've already been to Ruth and her family's place. Everyone was very kind. I was able to settle in wonderfully there and although the family lives in the house and was accessible, I had the peace I needed. Thank you!

Ruth offers great service. A top host. The kitchen is completely complete, even with oil, a pack of spaghetti. She had a bottle of bubbles and came to bring us eggs. Great place with our dog. You walk right into the fields to let it out and an end to walk. Recommend.
