private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were so attentive and always available whenever I needed anything, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and easy. The rooms were great clean and cozy What I enjoyed the most was being able to have a barbecue (mookata) right there at the accommodation. It was such a fun and chill way to spend the evening. Honestly, this place has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Apple’s place in Khao Yai was nothing short of incredible! As a fellow Star Wars fan, I was absolutely thrilled by the home’s architecture—a subtle yet brilliant nod to the AT-AT. It added such a unique and personal touch to the experience, and I truly appreciated the creativity and passion behind it. The house itself was immaculate, with thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Apple was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations for exploring the area. amazing place to stay! really enjoyed our stay! Tony was very responsive to our calls and messages. Needed help with the stove and it was taken care of within 15 mins, very impressive. Location is in the mountains, do expect some insects and beetles, ants, its all due to the house being smack in the nature which was amazing!

It's a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen. Air-con, heater, etc, are working well. But location is not great. At least 30min drive to attractions. Also had an issue with communication at the start because host was not responsive. Host said they do not have a full-time admin and that there will be a stay-in housekeeper. In reality, there was no housekeeping done. Which was ok just that we felt misled into the idea that there will be housekeeping. Note that we were told there are floor mattresses in each bedroom but we only managed to find 1 mattress. Ants is an issue. Toilet drain choked. Washing machine initially down but the housekeeper managed to fix. Not a bad place. Just need to manage expectations.

This is a great little apartment near Khao Yai National Park. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was even provided which we weren't expecting! It appears by the door each morning, so if you have any dietary requirements make sure you tell the host in advance. Unfortunately we didn't so couldn't eat the breakfast on the first morning, but we messaged the host that day and then the next day we had a veggie breakfast delivered! The wifi was temperamental and didn't always work. We also found the mattress far too firm for our likely, but still managed to have a good night sleep. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Khao Yai National Park. It is in quite a remote area, so you do need to either have a car or make sure you have pre-booked taxis. There aren't any grab drivers around here. Although Roma restaurant is only a few minutes walk away, and the village is about 25 mins on foot. Overall, a great stay!

Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and comes with required facillities. We also had to do some work away from offices- the provided internet is of good speed, and so we had no problem at all working from there

This place is spectacular. Perfectly situated: 2 km down the road from the nightly flight of the bats (really a wonderful sight/experience), 1km from a big 7-11 (7-11s aren’t ubiquitous in the countryside like they are in the city), 300 meters (walkable) from the Kensington property (which includes the most beautiful Catholic church I’ve ever seen in Asia, lovely peaceful gardens, a cool art gallery, coffee shop/bakery, and the upscale Four Seasons restaurant). Right next to Kensington is a delicious local guuai-dtiiao (pork noodle soup) restaurant. And all this at the recommendation of the host who is very friendly, courteous, dedicated, and excellent with communication. The apartment is very clean and organized with good AC and hot water. Very quiet and peaceful, slept like a baby. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Incidentally if you are a trail runner, this is a great place to stay for TNF 100 or other Khao Yai races. I hope to be back next year :)

The accommodation is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host gives accurate, complete advice and is ready to help at all times. The accommodation is close to many entertainment venues but still maintains its tranquility and with great relaxation. Highly recommended.

This apartment and it's toilets are very clean and well kept. Ammenities such as body wash and shampoo, bedroom slippers, soap bars are provided. Very glad to have found this apartment for my family of 6.

We stayed at Nelly's place for 3 great nights & enjoyed every minute of it. The room is super spacious and you have everything you might need even for longer stays. The view we had from our balcony was simply amazing and there's also a lovely outside pool for use. The immediate surrounding area was really peaceful, the property is well guarded and there's a restaurant on the premises so you don't have to worry about finding food - not that that's an issue either as there's lots of restaurants and cafes nearby too. We had a small issue with ants but it was nothing that we couldn't get under control with the host's help. Nelly herself was a great host, super responsive, answered our every question with kindness & even gave us a list of restaurant recommendations upon arrival. We'd gladly stay here again and again!
