Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

The house is located in the city center, in the old Avlabari district, near the Holy Trinity Cathedral "Sameba". The area is colorful, all the main attractions of the city are within a walking distance and it is a popular area for tourists. A couple of steps away there is a cafe restaurant with wonderful Georgian food and a view of the whole of Tbilisi, supermarkets, wine shops with a cellar, an old market with fresh fruit and vegetables. Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
