It is the part of the quiet "Italian courtyard" with free parking, a chilling place in the yard. There is a great transport interchange close to the house, as well as, park, bakery, several shops, bazaars and all necessary institutions. The host speaks Georgian, Russian, English, French and Polish languages.

Квартира находится на 3 этаже старого питерского дома, пережившего блокаду. Рядом остановка метро "Фрунзенская". Александра быстро отвечала на вопросы, все подробно объяснила. Нас встретила Наталья, мама Александры- приветливая милая женщина. С ней проживают 2 любопытных кошки. Можно пользоваться кухней. Останавливались на 2 дня, все было хорошо.

I spent two very pleasant nights at Natia's. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped (mini fridge, boiler and cuttlery are very convenient). The location is excellent to visit the old town and is quiet at the same time. Would definitely come back!

Это было самое лучшее расположение, всего в двух шагах от собора Светицховели . Очень гостеприимные хозяева , в номере есть все удобства вплоть до самых мелочей. Все приезжают к Кети вновь, кто проживал там нам сказали что уже здесь у неё в гостях не в первый раз. Благодарим хозяйку за гостеприимство и доброту !!!

Tamar's place is so authentic and charming, with a view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and clean. We had a good sleep in between hikes which was great! Moreover, checkout at 12 (after a day of hiking) was just perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone!

ハートフルなホストで、息子さんもとても親切でした。貸し出している部屋数が少なく、まるで自宅のようにくつろげます。居心地がいい。トイレやシャワーにはシャンプー、歯磨き粉、ドライヤーが用意されていました。紅茶などは自由に飲んでいいと言ってくれ、ターキッシュコーヒーを入れてくれたり、朝ごはんもふるまってくれました。特に手作りのジョージアの前菜は絶品で、彼女の料理の腕前に感動しました。質問にはすぐに答えてくれ、夜中の移動も快く送ってくれて助かりました。猫が3匹いて、とても癒されました。フレンドリーで落ち着けるゲストハウス。また訪れたいです。

Хорошая, уютная и компактная квартира. Очень удобное расположение, особенно порадовало близкое расположение к Самэбе. В квартире все удобства. Чисто и аккуратно. Но, самое главное преимущество в этой квартире, это соседи: доброжелательные и приветливые. Рекомендую.

Посуду, правда, надо мыть на улице в холодной воде. В общем, это отличное место куда можно вырваться из городской суеты, заняться хайкингом и любоваться природой и звёздным небом.
