Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mrezga

this is a great little apartment, in a brilliant location. everything you need is close by, it's also only 5 mins walk from the old fort and the sea etc. there's also a small balcony and access to the roof terrace, which gives great views over the neighbourhood and across the sea. yosr and her family are lovely people, and everything was made easy by them. I'd happily come back here if I'm in the area again

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! The apartment is very well located near everything, small and nice, everything inside with a surprise in the fridge! 😁 Excellent for two people!Parking is secure 24/7 Too bad the pool is only open in July and August! But it's not a big deal, there's pool access in the hotels next door! Marwen is a very helpful person, responsible above all! My arrival was around 1:30 a.m. because of a plane delay! He reassured me and the building concierge waited for me without any problem! Understanding, especially, he has the talent to manage everything remotely even if you don't see him at all. He does a lot of work behind the scenes and everything is already sorted! I personally recommend it. Well done, good luck and all the best in the future. Next time in Hammamet, it will definitely be at Marwen's!

I highly recommend Nabil and his dad Abbes' place. 🙂 It is located in the city center next to the souk and all amenities (Monoprix, Carrefour, Bus station, etc.) The accommodation is true to the photo, clean and spacious, it's really a very nice place to stay. Nabil and Abbes were very nice and available throughout the stay, we'll be happy to go back ☺️

Thank you, we've enjoyed our stay very much! The close proximity to the beach which was never busy and the swimming pool were definitely the best parts. The property itself is large, the bedrooms have air conditioning and the view is just beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is well secured. We felt we had privacy without being contained. Would recommend!!!

We had an exceptional time at this villa. As soon as we entered, we were charmed by the generous spaces of the villa. The expansive living room bathed in south-facing light, which overlooks the pool. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The large grassy garden was perfect for relaxing ,soaking up the sun on the sunbeds and also where children could play,and cherry on the cake a very convenient barbecue. The pool was a real treat, especially in hot weather. Adel was an incredibly helpful, available, and responsive host, quick to meet all of our needs . We highly recommend this location!

Nice place and host available and flexible I recommend

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Very good stay. The apartment is as indicated ( air conditioning and tv in all rooms). Residence swimming pool accessible with map and supervised. Map giving access to umbrellas on the beach (5 min walk). Very good location, 5 mins by car from Carthage land. Mr AZIZ was very welcoming, accompanied us to the pool and beach as soon as we arrived, to show us the accesses. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for your welcome ☺️

It's the first time I rent an airbnb apartment. I'm super happy, everything went very well. The accommodation is very large every room be it the bedrooms the kitchen the living room or the bathroom are very spacious the comfort is optimal especially as the air conditioners are in each of the rooms and in Tunisia it is extremely hot more than 40 degrees in the summer. So I can tell you that it is very important to be comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, it's everything you need, whether in terms of dishes or linens. The location is ideal next to a beautiful beach 7 minutes' walk. The neighborhood is great, there is a department store to shop in front of the residence as well as pizzeria, restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, cafe there is really everything within 100 meters. The residence is secured with parking, a camera at the entrance and a very nice and attentive caretaker with us. Communication with zied is perfect when I turned on my phone in Tunisia. He had already told me everything to get to his place which road to take. Throughout the stay I was able to communicate with him if I needed any information. His dad also gave me good places to eat. The residence is quiet so to sleep whether at night in the morning or during the day is possible. The location is ideal 30 minutes from the hammamet tourist area 1 hour from the capital Tunis 1 hour 15 minutes from Sousse. There are beautiful beaches nearby. I thank her dad and the caretaker for this very nice vacation spent in Tunisia and for anyone who hesitates like me I was looking for a place to stay I really do not regret my choice and I recommend it with my eyes closed and I thank you again for all the kindness, trust and its ideal accommodation for a very good vacation. I'll be happy to come back. A big thank you!!!

It is always comfortable to stay with you, a clean, safe and tidy apartment, for me now a second home. Surrounding area with local restaurants and shops. Ahmed is always present and caring, available for any advice or needs. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon.
