Amazing stay! Lora was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Romantic Rondawel on the forest's edge

Visiting from the UK, Angela the host gave clear directions & gate entry info. On arrival we were greeted with a thatch roof rondawel in the most serene & private surroundings. Felt so tranquil & peaceful looking out over her beautiful garden. The rondawel has a lovely rustic feel & was spotless with the little touches of tea, coffee, sugar & milk plus some delicious biscuits & a dram of Sherry! There’s a fire pit to enjoy looking up at the vast African sky & a swimming pool to enjoy by day. Vervet monkeys were busy foraging & little duikers came to visit. We stayed here 4 times during our visit we enjoyed it so much. Angela gave us tips on places to visit & eat & was so friendly during our stays. We will definitely be back!

When spontanously looking for an accomodation in the Drakensberg, we stumbled over Emmas beautiful cottage. The road to this little cottage was a bit adventourous, but totally worth it. On the one hand you can go on the most amazing hikes close by and on the other hand relax at the lovely little cottage. Thanks to Emma we had a fantastic stay and can recommend staying here to a 100%.

We booked Penny's place at the last minute and she was more than willing to assist us. The space is lovely, we enjoyed meals in the open plan kitchen with a view over the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The shower was piping hot and clean which was superb on a rainy cold weekend. Full dstv bouquet allowed us to enjoy the UCI XCO races. All in all, an incredibly pleasant weekend. Thanks Penny.

Had a wonderful stay in a very well equipped cottage. The stairs to the loft are very steep. Perhaps a handrail on the side would make it easier and safer to get up and down. The location is awesome. Very peaceful, safe and secure. Would highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for sharing your place with us Steve. We had an amazing holiday. The peaceful surroundings and the Mearns dam made our stay more memorable. Paul & Jennifer's place is truely spectacular. The garden around the church are well maintained and beautiful. Thembani gave us a very warm welcome and the fire was already lit for us in the cosy lounge and even in the bedrooms the heaters were on to heat the rooms up for us. Dinner was delicious. The hole atmosphere was peaceful and very special. We were specially pleased that the venue was dog firendly and our 2 Schnauzers enjoyed the stay as much as we did. We can highly recommend this lovely place. It leaves a font memory.

This is a beautifully located getaway with many walking options and the bonus is we can bring our fur children with us. This was our second time at Snowden and I hope to make it at least an annual trip. Wonderfully remote and well worth the 24km of gravel road.

Robyn is the most friendly and responsive host I have dealt with. The property is amazing and wonderfully private. Great open areas for the kids to play and a game of Rugby was awesome on the lawn. We enjoyed the friendly horses and beautiful cows and the kids loved the chicken coop. The house was amazing loads of areas to braai with a large wrap around veranda and a fantastic pizza oven. All bedrooms look onto the mountain and were a good size. Huge kitchen and lovely herb garden. Royce the farm manager was lovely and helpful. The games room was a win. Kirsten the farm manager as even posted back a few items my teenager left behind - such amazing hassle free service. Thank you were had an amazing stay.

We had a great stay at Inversanda Farm. The fenced yard was large so our dogs had plenty of room. The cottage was cozy and a substantial size so we could comfortably stay for 4 nights. We would definitely be back!
