Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

Excellent stay. The place is stunning! It overcame our expectations. I recommend it 100%. Darja is an amazing host, very kind and responsive. The house has everything and the surroundings is very beautiful and relaxing.

Quiet, nicely located accommodation. The hot tub on the terrace invites you to relax. Children's toys, children's dishes, crib and high chair available! Also otherwise, everything you need to have a few nice days. Check-in was clearly described and straightforward. Hiking trips to the surroundings possible, car necessary to reach the accommodation, supermarkets, etc.

Sergej.... Your place is amazing. We enjoyed our visit emmensely. Would definately come by again. Was great to have a BBQ in your garden, with the view of the river. The garden cottage was fantastic and we enjoyed our BBQ dinner there. I love the sound of running and the cool breeze that cools the hot summer days. You have a GEM there. Everything we needed was there. The only thing my wife missed was a toaster... :) The sun-room is a super addition to the house. Can only imagine spending time there in winter with the fireplace active. So, to anyone else wishing to spend time here.... you would love it. Go ahead, make your booking. A beautiful place to stay. A new home, lovely view out the back patio, relaxing to sit and read, great kitchen to cook in, terrific water pressure, very responsive host, including a surprise of fresh cherries one day, and breakfast another, plus arranged for a cab back to the airport. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and charming house in the mountains. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. Hiking trails start right from the house, the restaurants in the surrounding villages are great and soaking in the hot tub while stargazing was a lovely experience. Barbara and her family are such kind and forthcoming hosts. Everything is super clean and exactly as in the description and fotos. We warmly recommend a stay here and would be happy to come back! We enjoyed our stay very much! One note, the swimming pool of the nearby hotel (which you will access) was a bit dated and poorly maintained. However, there is a 15-minute drive away in Velenje is a beautiful lake where you can swim and there is plenty to do. The house itself is well maintained and clean, you also really get a homely feeling. The contact with Ursa is also very pleasant and she responds very quickly! We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The views were absolutely stunning, and the whole area was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The house is very modern, clean, and thoughtfully equipped - from the bathrobes to the kitchen utensils, every detail was considered. The sauna and jacuzzi were a real highlight and made our stay even more relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended! Thank you!

Amazing location and even better compared to the photos, fully immersed into the nature and with a cute and friendly dog as a big plus greeting you each time you leave or go back to the villa. The only difficult part is the last 2 km to reach the Villa but it’s not a big issue if you have some experience with your car, the Villa is immersed into the nature and has an amazing price/quality ratio, highly suggest this location if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. I’ll be for sure going back here as soon as I can, thank you very much Alberta

We were very satisfied with our stay in the ground floor suite. The apartment is modernly furnished, beautifully maintained, and clean. It is as described in every way. The wifi is working perfectly. The location is quiet and there are many grass areas to walk around with puppies that are welcome in the suite. Accessibility to the slopes is great. The ski resort is just a few steps away, which is suitable for families with children. There is also a shop, a restaurant, a hotel with a pool, and a ski rental facility very close to the apartment. Daniel is a friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

It was one of the nicest places I have ever been. Boris is a wonderful host and gave us a very warm welcome and some drinks. The wooden house is so beautiful and fully equipped. It’s better than in de description. Highly recommend and I would love to come again.

Bojana's house is very nice, new and well finished. The location is incredible, the view of the valley and the mountains take your breath away. The house is spacious, comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything. The wellness space is perfect. The small market inside the house was helpful. We spent 4 days but we wanted to stay longer! We appreciated the silence and immersion in nature, the view, the fireplace, the garden and the impeccable welcome of guests! Absolutely recommended! Suitable for those who love nature and silence. You can get there easily but with a white road.
