The furnace stopped working we called Alicia as soon as we realized, which was later Thanksgiving evening. Alicia and her husband came in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. She and her husband were very kind and helpful. A great couple to work with. Answered questions quickly and were very helpful. ❤️

We had a great stay for the weekend and the off street parking was very nice. The walk down to Carson Street wasn't too bad but it is located higher up in the hills. Host does request photos of IDs prior to check-in and no guests over past midnight, which did feel a little weird for us since we haven't experienced that before with a stay. Totally understand the many possible reasons behind that, though we hoped it was a bit more disclosed in the title/description for the property (outside of the house rules which is a bit further down from the main listing info). Otherwise really great quiet location, easy walk to a lot of local spots and had a great stay.

Lemuel was a fantastic host. Quick to respond and offer lots of tips and help. Their place was in a great location - an easy walk to Carson St. When we had an issue with the bedrooms being a bit too warm (it had gone from winter to warm weather seemingly overnight), Lemuel was super helpful and had his handyman out that day to put in the portable AC units. I would definitely stay at Lemuel's place again. It was the right amount of space for my family to spend the weekend. Thank you, Lemuel, for hosting us and for having a great, clean, comfortable place!

Great place in quiet side street just steps from Butler Street with all the restaurants and shops. Place is very comfortable, decorated with flair, comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. Small backyard patio was great for a leisurely Sunday brunch. Great base to explore PGH and Lawrenceville. Ben was very responsive and helpful, flexible with check in and check out. Will stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh

Shivkumar’s home was clean and beautiful! There were plenty of beds, showers, and space to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 adults. As a host, Shivkumar, is very responsive and friendly. The house is located in a great spot, with lots of things to do around it. Overall, a great experience. I would love to book again if I ever find myself back in Pittsburgh!

Excellent place to stay for my bachelorette weekend! Plenty of space for all of us - the only downsides were all of the showers were located in en suite bathrooms which made them not easily accessible for people in the basement (no shower in the basement) and there were not enough linens for the cots, but overall did not negatively affect our stay!

Cute, little updated rowhouse. Very clean! Well stocked and appreciated the extra touches (snacks, coffee, YouTube TV). Off street parking area and fenced yard were definitely a plus. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Hosts were kind, accommodating and quick to respond.
