House vacation rentals in Mount Scott - Arleta, Portland

We came to town for my son’s basketball tournament. The house was located perfectly for our games and a great place to relax during down time. It was very clean with thoughtful touches like pool towels and new pool toys for the kids. The pool was so much fun, and it was even warm! We all had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a lovely bungalow in a great neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer! The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and we loved hanging on the front porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s had nice showers. We weren’t made aware there is a tenant in the basement unit until we received check in info the day before. Host was responsive to my concerns about thinking we had a rented an entire house to ourselves (apparently all Airbnbs in Oregon must have a resident living on the property? This was news to me, but maybe not to future renters). I think they could have done more to ensure we knew someone else was on the property (there are no shared utilities or doors, but we could hear the person downstairs at bedtime, and we were concerned our family with small kids would be audible to them as well). Again it’s a great house, I just wish we had known someone was under us when we chose it.

Our stay was nothing short of memorable. The home was beautiful, clean and well maintained, and the views were breath taking. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful when we had questions along the way. We would stay again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Nicholas’s place. The kitchen was roomy and functional. The pool and hot tub were very well kept. The kids loved all the games both upstairs and downstairs! Nicholas was a very accommodating host and helped us with schedule flexibility and responded quickly to questions about the house. Beds were comfortable and great linens! Beautiful views from the deck at all hours of day. Thanks!!

Wendy's place was perfectly and conveniently located for our needs. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay again in the future!

This was the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in! Amanda and Michael are literally the sweetest and think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable and special! We felt right at home! The neighborhood is adorable and so walkable to great food nearby. Super close to the MAX (local public transportation), so there was times we didn’t even need our car. We LOVED it here! Staying here made us fall in love with Portland all over again. We cannot wait to revisit RCH🌹

We had an amazing stay! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up good vibes. The indoor basketball court was a huge hit with everyone, and the private movie theater made for a perfect chill zone for down time. The home was clean, spacious, and had tons of fun amenities. Highly recommend—would definitely come back!

Lynne and Lucy were great hosts! My kids and I felt right at home here. This is a perfect place to getaway, relax, and stay for a few days. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable!

This was the perfect location for our trip. A home away from home that allowed us to easily plan day trips. Its central location and parking spot in the driveway made getting around and back home easy. Bed was on the firmer side, which I enjoyed but my wife liked a bit less, due to being a side sleeper. Everything was very clean aside from one bar of soap with a hair on it left behind. I only mention it because I had to hear about it from the wife. :) I think the rain shower made it up to her though. Otherwise, very clean, and I’m sure cleaner than a downtown hotel. Overall, just a very homey, quiet place. The bottle of wine and chocolate were a nice touch. Would wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

My sister and I stayed at this location for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! It is close to a lovely park and we even walked to a coffee shop under 20 minutes away. It was easy to find and we liked that it had a small kitchen section with microwave/fridge. We also liked that there was a small heater in the room and multiple pillows per person. Communication was easy and quick which we also really appreciate! We had no issues with noise coming from the rest of the house and the neighborhood extremely peaceful. Thank you for a home away from home!!

Beautiful part of Southeast that was 15 minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in the greatest city West of the Mississip'! Parking was readily available, the space tastefully appointed, and the check in easy-peasy

The interior was clean and comfy. It is suitable for 2 to 3 people. The address # on next door neighboor’s fence. So we went into next door attempted to open the front door lol. Feel like someone actually living there. Then saw the check in instruction photo shown next door. There was an RV and a car park in front, but we were able to open the front door. The dinning table wobbling and the toilet seat needs to be tighten up. I think I told Jed about that.

Highly recommended. Callie is a great host and always responsive. The property is super spacious and well appointed with all amenities incl full size kitchen and a laundry. Very easy walk to Camas village and the trail walk to the lakes. We would love to stay again.

This location is a brief drive from all the cool main streets of the awesome Sellwood/Moreland neighborhood and has easy access to all the rest of Eastside Portland. It's the best of Milwaukie and it's quiet and night. Hosts Hayley and Scott were so nice and accommodating. It's very private and the studio cools down really fast on a 90 degree afternoon with the cooling solution we were provided.

We loved our short stay at this Airbnb, however were put off at the fact the only way you could enter was via an alleyway and the alleyway is very narrow to the point it was difficult to get our car parked. Please make sure if you rent a car that you will need to get nothing larger than a Nissan rogue. The area was okay and very close to a lot of things however a lot of unhoused people around. They did not bother us but wasn’t expecting it to be so close. Beds were super comfortable and everything else was clean!

We had a terrific stay during Reed College's graduation. It was a perfect location for the event. Close to the College, coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful, and Laurel's home had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location and host! I needed a place to stay for a month and it worked out great for me, it was comfortable, clean, I could also work remotely and walk to several nice coffee shops, bars, restaurants and parks.

Wayne and Danny’s house is by far the best Air BnB we have stayed in in Portland - possibly in all of the USA. Their historic house is beautifully re-done (brand- new upstairs shower is great) and the gardens are stunning. Everyone in our party is still raving about the beautiful garden. The house is spacious with plenty of ‘public’ spaces to hang out. Wayne was available anytime for questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our Reed graduate. Thank you so much!

Joshua's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home during our stay. The house is spacious with a lot of natural light. It's located in a nice neighborhood that's good for walking, and the Mt Scott Park is just across the street which is great for families. Joshua was also quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. This is definitely a good option if your family needs multiple bedrooms and a kitchen during your stay, and at a good price.

Brendan was very good communicating with us. Responses were very quick and helpful. The place was very clean and just like the pictures. Lots of space and comfortable for hanging out in. We enjoyed are stay and will definitely stay again.
