Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

Good place for the private and peaceful stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Bathrooms have a hot water. The kitchen is good. The swimming pool is large. There are few cons we noticed, no pest control (ants on the floor, a cockroach tried to enter the kitchen, the swimming pool water glade had dead mosquitoes ). Also it was hard to find the house. There is no sign and photo of the house from the front, the point on the map here is incorrect. Overall it was a good experience.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was especially great for our kids — the space was safe, child-friendly, and even came with welcome gifts for them. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep easy and convenient. There’s also a bathroom heater. Host allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more relaxed and stress-free. Just a small note for future guests: there is a CCTV installed in the kitchen area. The host operates a mini store in the same space, so the camera is likely for security purposes. However, we felt a little uncomfortable knowing the host could potentially see and hear what was happening in the kitchen. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something to be aware of if privacy is a concern for you. Overall, it was a great experience. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

This place was beautiful. I went out there with a group and I had the best room of the bunch of us. If you are a foreigner, make sure that you have a local guide with a number you can use or get a local sim card number for your stay. Honestly, This was an amazing escape from the concrete jungle of Manila, and Audrey made it so easy, comfortable, and affordable. 100% would book this room again.

My family enjoyed staying at this place but I would not advise to book on weekends. Overall, it was worth it.
