Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Rates are 2 people twin share queen bed, extra fees 20pp up to 4 adults. Entire use of self contained unit and access to Spa (Bathers to be worn please as not a bath tub for bathing in but relaxing in, full kitchen with gas hotplates and oven, queen bed, if you require seperate beds then you must book for 3 adults and sofa bed will be available cannot sleep more than 4.
