A peaceful and cosy romantic cottage studio with all modern facilities. The cottage is set within a larger acre property and gardens with stunning views from the garden or patio with lots of bird life. Only a 10 min walk into Healseville town and surrounded by mountains, vineyards and numerous restaurants options. The property is of heritage age having initially been built over 80 years ago for the chief engineer of the Marrondah reservoir. More recently the property has been renovated.

We have a large kitchen (stocked with cutlery crockery and cookware), dining and living space, including pool table, table tennis table and a fire place.
