Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.

It is attached to our 100 year old home, but is completely self contained. There are outdoor areas for you, tv with chromecast available, games. Bus and train are close by. Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising.
