Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including the induction stove and the convection oven).

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

Villa Huvikumpu is a real-life Shangri-La: a majestic Finnish deadwood log villa where the spirit of Lapland, warm luxury and complete privacy meet, only 35 minutes from Tampere. Enjoy two distinctive saunas, a private spring-fed pond and fireside evenings. Inside, a competition-standard snooker table, games and books await. This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot, it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Wake up to the birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the jetty and watch the mist rise from the water. Take a hiking or mountain bike trip in a nearby nature park or try your luck at fishing. Evening sauna, hot tub, fireplace and starry sky crown the day.

You can admire the sunset from the lake thanks to the rowing boat, two kayaks and two paddleboards at your disposal. A long, shallow, soft-bottomed beach heads west. The wood-fired sauna offers good steam. Use of the outdoor hot tub must be arranged separately. Fully equipped kitchen.

A unique sauna cabin that combines the new and the old. With its own beach and beach terrace, this peaceful resort in the middle of the forest is easy to relax in. Nearby you can move in nature, use a rowboat to row on the lake in peace. The cottage has a double bed, a small kitchenette, a barbecue and a sauna from which you can admire the lake view. The shower and water point are located on the sauna side. Toilet in the adjacent outbuilding (clean)
