Our 50 m2 independent apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. This comfortable space includes a kitchen that opens to the living room, fully equipped for your culinary needs. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, which can also be divided into two 90 x 200 cm beds according to your preferences. The Emma bedding was completely renewed in March 2025 with Emma 2 hybrid mattresses, ranked #1 of the best mattresses in France in 2024.

Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

At the gates of Savoy, AIX-LES-BAINS and Lake Bourget with its beautiful beaches, Haute-Savoie, ANNECY, its lake and mountains, Culoz is in the heart of Bugey, at the foot of the Grand Colombier. Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Between the lake and mountains, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to a lake and a water sports center (8-min drive), at the foot of the Grand Colombier, hiking in the summer or cross-country skiing in the winter (15-min drive) and access to the Viarhôna a few steps away (just across the railway line). Ideally located, 30 minutes from Aix-Les-Bains, 40 minutes from Chambéry, 40 minutes from Annecy, 50 minutes from Geneva.

We offer you an independent 22 m² studio, fully equipped and furnished on the ground floor of our house with a private terrace, offering you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain and its woods. The accommodation is halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. You can also enjoy nearby ski resorts such as Semnoz, Aillons-Margériaz, Sur Lyand or La Clusaz. The banks of the Rhône are 10 minutes away through the Fier Gorges.
