A modern studio style self-contained unit on the ground floor of our family home in Turangi. A queen-sized bed in the main room. Small kitchenette with crockery & cutlery supplied, small fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, Freeview Smart TV and Wifi. Modern private bathroom. An additional small bedroom with a single bed is perfect for a 3rd guest or more space to spread out. Close to major attractions of the area and ideal to access the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Private access to unit.

Large bathroom, gas hot water and large kitchen/dining/family room opening onto a large deck for alfresco living. Warm and cosy in winter (heatpump), shade in summer with large flat section of lawn, garden and trees. Very close to river within walking distance across the bridge to Turangi shops. Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Welcome to beautiful, peaceful Motuoapa exactly half way between Auckland and Wellington, 40 minutes to Whakapapa ski field, 35 minutes south of Taupō and 35 minutes to the Tongariro Crossing shuttle. There are 3 heat pumps and a gas fire for your comfort. Property is 30 minutes from Taupo nearer to Turangi (Airbnb show it on Taupo searches)
