Welcome to Hakone Lodging - Akari (Light) - ♪ We offer an entire 131㎡ detached house (3 floors + rooftop open-air bath) located right in front of Lake Ashi for exclusive rental! The Japanese-style interiors include rooms with futons and rooms with beds. The building is very spacious, comfortably accommodating 16 or more guests. Uncommonly convenient for Hakone, you can walk to a convenience store. It's just a 2-minute walk from the Moto-Hakone Port bus stop, and also a 2-minute walk (140 m) to Lawson (Moto-Hakone store)! An excellent location. You can enjoy the summer Lake Ashi fireworks festival, visit Hakone Shrine (a 16-minute walk away), and even watch the New Year's Hakone Ekiden relay race from the room! ■ Details about the rooms and rules during your stay are listed in the sections below. Best Season for Autumn Foliage in Hakone 〖 Mid-October ~ Early December 〗 ■ Maximum Capacity Maximum: 16 guests (excluding children under 2 years old) ■ Additional Guest Fee An additional fee of ¥6，500 will be charged per extra person. For reservations of 5 or more guests， this fee will be automatically added based on the number of guests. Infants under 2 years old are included in the rate and are not charged separately. ■ Check-in Please check in after 3:00 PM. ■ Check-out Please check out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are limited to a maximum of 1 hour before/after the designated times. 中央自動車道都留ICから5分。都留市駅からタクシーで10分。周囲を閑静な里山に囲まれた場所に佇む築150年の古民家です。建築時期は江戸時代後期。到着されたらぜひ、館内の天井を見上げてみてください。手斧を使い、丸太から人の手で削り出した梁に気付かれると思います。 ここは、かつて「羽休庄 (はやすみのしょう)」 と呼ばれた地域。都留市は富士山の伏流水が豊富な水の都。庭に、夏狩地区から峠を越えて引水する滝があります。焚き火スペースの地面には、江戸時代に建設された谷村大堰の分水を司った、溶岩を加工した遺跡が埋め込まれています。 滝を眺めながら、焚き火とBBQ、晴天時は星空をお楽しみ頂けます。清流の音、焚き火の炎、木がはぜる音が織りなす1/fゆらぎの空間にて、ゆっくりと羽を休めてください。 この施設は、郡内（東部・富士五湖地域）に居住する有志が集まり、活動を行う「NPO持続可能な郡内地域づくり研究会」が運営主体です。管理は小菅村・道志村で森林資源活用を行う、株式会社リトル・トリーが実施しています。
