A good place to stay, it's cozy and has a lot of space. It is close to the main places of black island and Oscar is a very attentive host to any requirement. The house keeps the heat well for its construction material and was clean when we arrived. There are not many appliances, you have to go prepared if they are required.

Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

Very comfortable house for a large family, it is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the valley. It is a place to enjoy more than to go out to take panoramas around the area as it is located away from the center of Rancagua. I really liked the system that Javiera left us to open the electric gates of the condominium as it gave us total freedom to leave and enter when we wanted.

Simply wonderful. Marcial's house is beautiful, very cozy. Super well-equipped, we loved the spaces. The location is spectacular, we took the car. Everything is close by, on foot. The beach, restaurants, businesses. In addition, Marcial was always attentive, he responded very quickly. I recommend Marcial's house 100%. We just want to go back !!!

Our stay in Santiago de Chile was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, ideal for getting around the city comfortably. It is a spacious place, well lit thanks to its large windows, which makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped: we used both the oven and the electric stove without any problems. The bathrooms were in good condition and had humidity extractors that worked properly. Access to the apartment via electronic lock was very convenient, and they also provided us with three keys for the garage door, which also worked smoothly. The apartment's light switch was off (under a picture), but we found it quickly. I especially highlight the kindness and attention of the building's security staff. Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!
