Outdoor covered terrace. The cottage is in the immediate vicinity of the farm, where you will really be connected to nature. There is no Wi-Fi. It's the perfect place to relax from everyday worries. There are plenty of places to walk or hike nearby. Horseback riding can also be arranged by phone.

In front of the cottage there is a pond that belongs to the cottage, in the garden there are plenty of fruit trees and beautiful seating.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

The cottage is newly renovated, heating is with fossil fuels or electric stove. There are cycle lanes, open-air swimming pools, playground for kids, the shopping centre, zoo, forest, lakes, ski resorts, cross-country trails, Bezručovo valley.
