Great location for visiting the west part of Lofoten. Historical fishing town that is worth the visit, just take into account that supermarkets are therefore a 20min drive away. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine) as well as the elaborate hikes that are available in the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in Olgas Unterkunft war sehr angenehm! Olga ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten über Airbnb reagierte. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war auch an kalten Wintertagen angenehm warm; Warmwasser war schnell verfügbar. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, was sie zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt macht, um die "gesamten" Lofoten zu erkunden. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist großartig! Der Supermarkt in Gehweite hatte alles Nötige. Olga achtete auf viele kleine Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machten – so waren z.B. Kaffeebohnen in der Kaffeemaschine und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bereits vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko war der begrenzte Platz zur Unterbringung von Kleidung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für das was geboten wird, hervorragend. Ich kann die Unterkunft damit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Kari’s place was in the perfect spot for privacy and the views. The windows facing the water were unbeatable. We also enjoyed the sauna. The bed was a fold out couch which was detailed in the description and goes with tiny house vibes but made it a little cramped. Lots of character and all the necessities!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich (auch in den Schränken der Küche). Wir hatten trotz stürmischem Wetter eine wundervolle Zeit. Wenn der Himmel in der Nacht klar war, konnten wir die Nordlichter sehen. Die abendlichen Saunagänge waren der perfekte Tagesabschluss. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um Ausflüge auf den Lofoten zu machen. In Ramberg kann man alles kaufen für den täglichen Gebrauch und auch im Restaurant (Ramberg Resort) konnten wir ein sehr leckeres Essen geniessen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind (4 jährig) und das Haus war ideal für uns.

Lisbeth’s guest cabin was the perfect spot for our trip to Lofoten! It was just the right size, incredibly clean, and a beautiful central location for all the major hikes. Not to mention Lisbeth was the sweetest host! We were able to learn more about each other’s cultures and she provided us with numerous local recommendations. Could not have asked for a better stay in this amazing area!

My stay at Hege’s cosy rorbu was amazing. Everything radiates love and attention, I felt very welcome and very at home. The Lofoten are beautiful, there are so many hiking possibilities, and in winter time it’s extra special: after a great day outdoor, a hottub awaits under the stars and… northern lights! The house has amazing views of the snowcapped mountains, and the sea is nearby. Hege is very helpful and kind, always there to give advice and interesting background information about the history of the islands. I really enjoyed being there, and will visit again!

My wife made the reservation and she accidently put in the wrong dates and we were not able to edit the dates on the website. My wife called the host and she immediatly straightened everything out. It's a great apartment but you need to realize that it's a loft apartment with the usual sloping ceilings where you have to duck down every time you come near a wall. I'm a slow learner and I must have bonked my head a couple dozen times. Also, the toilet is placed under a sloping ceiling so it's difficult for a man to pee standing up. But we really appreciated the lightning-fast internet service and the well set up kitchen and washing-drying machine. The heated floors really helped to dry out all our gear from the all-day rain and wind. It's a quiet neighborhood and relatively close to grocery stores. And it's very tastefully decorated and thoughfully set up. We liked the place.

We have been to many Airbnbs. I can truly say that this was the best… very spacious in a beautiful area of Lofoten. The house comfortably has space for eight people with all the amenities that make the stay fully enjoyable. Breathtaking views, wildlife sightings and Northern Lights just added to the charm and made our stay unforgettable! I can fully recommend this Airbnb and the host is very gracious and responsive. Thank you very much!

Amazing Stay with a Thoughtful Host! Our stay at Anita’s place was incredible! She was very helpful and genuinely concerned about our comfort, even informing us about the bad weather in advance so we could be well-prepared. Her hospitality made our experience even better. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. The highlight was the stunning view of the beach and mountains, and we were even lucky enough to see the aurora—an unforgettable experience! I would stay here again. The view, from nearly every window, is postcard-gorgeous. The home is located in a remote and peaceful area, on a harbor. You need to walk up one flight of stairs to gain entry. Neighbors are far away and road traffic is minimal. A grocery store and restaurant are very close by. There is much room inside, enough comfortable furniture, and convenient parking. The shower is nice, with strong water pressure and good temperature. The kitchen is well-designed and equipped. The beds are comfortable and quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful and lives nearby.

This property is beyond amazing! Absolutely perfect. The design of the home and its placement overlooking the sea makes it feel like you are outdoors. This home is even nicer than the pictures. Separate bedroom wing with comfortable beds. The most well-equipped kitchen ever! The long driveway out to the house adds to the feeling of wonderment and seclusion. Our expectations were blown away! We visited in early October and had 4&1/2 perfect days. Aurora Borealis were easily seen from the house all 4 nights and an early morning. The pebble/rock beach onsite was a grand adventure after trekking through some squishy spring-filled turf (bring waterproof boots). We were sad to leave and sad that we didn’t have a rainy day to simply sit inside and read from the owner’s collection of amazing books. This home, like Lofoten, is a magical fairytale-like place.

Die Kommunikation lief meistens über Markus. Er ist super zuvorkommend, sehr schnell erreichbar, steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und antwortet sehr schnell auf eventuelle Anfragen. Die Unterkunft liegt genau in der „goldenen Mitte“ der traumhaft schönen Lofoten, sodass sie sich perfekt eignet, um die Lofoten zwischen Å und Svolvaer zu erkunden. Die Hütte selbst ist vor allem eines: Extrem gemütlich! Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Sauberkeit und die nutzbare Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Ausblick. Das Haus war fein warm und es gab die Möglichkeit in einem Ofen ein Feuer zu machen. Grundausstattung war in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Fön war auch vor Ort. Die Sauna ist für 2-4 Personen. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The house is exactly as described; the living room is large and very enjoyable, the space outside very nice (we had breakfast outside in the mornings). Beautiful beaches are very next to the house by car and you can walk in the nearby. The beds are not very big but we could stay very well as a family of 5. Monica answered to every question in real time! Really a beautiful place to stay.

Het huis is erg ruim en vol karakter. Bij aankomst was de verwarming al aangezet (het was buiten erg koud, hartje winter). Het hout voor de kachel stond klaar. Arild gaf duidelijke instructies vooraf. Door de vele sneeuw was het nog wel even uitkijken bij het omhoog rijden naar het huis. De toegangsweg is smal en heeft een scherpe bocht en het laatste stukje is steil omhoog. Dat betekend meteen dat het huis rustig gelegen is en geheel vrij. Met een mooi uitzicht over het fjord en de omringende bergen. Alles wat afgesproken was klopte. Omdat we met 5 individuele personen reizen wilden we elk een aparte kamer en dat was mogelijk is dit huis. De locatie op 10 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld van Leknes was voor ons ideaal. Vanuit het huis konden we ook snel op alle plekken op de Lofoten komen die we wilden bezoeken om te fotograferen.

Une petite cabane au bord d’un fjord avec une vue magnifique, à couper le souffle. Le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel. La cerise sur le gâteau c’est de voir des aurores boréales depuis la terrasse. Le rêve devant nos yeux. Nos hôtes ont été réactifs c’est appréciable. En espérant y revenir un jour.

A great little apartment in a super location. A short drive to many of Lofoten’s main attractions and with views of some epic mountains from the kitchen/living room. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the whole apartment was very clean on arrival. The host answered fast and gave good instructions on how to locate the place.

Logement spacieux, fonctionnel, conforme à la description, bien situé au centre des îles Lofoten. Proche des commerces. Les lits sont confortables. Les deux chats sont très agréables et adorent les caresses. Ils ne rentrent pas dans les chambres et ne touchent pas aux affaires personnelles. Merci pour cet agréable séjour aux îles Lofoten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Heidi, qui nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires et utiles. La mise en relation avec un contact local permettait de traiter les questions pratiques très rapidement. Le logement est très bien équipé et nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis "à la maison". Belle vue sur la mer et les cabanes avoisinantes. A proximité de toutes les activités locales. Merci !
