For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Located about 13 kilometers from Ostrołęka, the cottage is a perfect place for a family trip or a moment of rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fully equipped, with bathroom and kitchen. Three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and a romantic getaway for two is also possible. There is a small pond on the property. 60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Lake House 14

Welcome to our lovely Lake House 14 on the Zegrzyn Lagoon in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable rest for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, on the first line from the water, provides a spectacular view and experience every day. For our guests, there is a wooden terrace, deck chairs, a fire pit, a Mongolian grill, and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the amenities that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

Forest retreat

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

We invite you to a charming cottage where you will spend pleasant moments with your loved ones. Relaxing in a jacuzzi in the forest buffer zone. The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

Lasownia Dom Dzięcioł (Woodpecker House)

Lasownia consists of two houses (Sójka and Dzięcioł) on the very edge of the Biała Forest, so you can go for walks without getting into the car. Just put on your shoes and after a few steps you will be in the forest. Dom Dzięcioł offers an excellent view of the picturesque surroundings, and at the same time provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Woodpecker House is distinguished by red color accents, referring to the characteristic red plumage.

Forest Ridge

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
