The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Totally independent, it is in the center of a preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna chalet in the garden with a covered terrace with a living room. Electric car charger.
