The apartment is well located, practical, clean and very comfortable with AC and utilities, great for our short stay. Josemar and the co-hosts were very responsive, with easy to follow instructions to access the property. The building staff are super friendly, they welcomed us and gave us good tips and orientation.

A great place to stay, quiet building, apartment according to the photos, we like it very much! My only suggestion would be a curtain that would seal more lightness. Of course, it was great!

I had a great stay, Very well located apartment, it was clean and organized. It is an old but very comfortable apartment, easy access in and out and also very safe with 24-hour concierge. There is no garage included, but we left the car in the building's garage, paid separately for a very ok price. I didn't have any issues, everything was smooth, I recommend it.

The apartment is excellent! Communication with Leandro was great, and he quickly solved a small problem that happened on the first day with the shower. Problems can always happen, but the important thing is to know that the host is ready to help with whatever is necessary for the guest to have a good stay. Note 10 for Leandro! All in all, everything is perfect. The building is very good, very well located and has a 24-hour market, a very complete gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, among other common spaces. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Very recommended!

I stayed for only one night in Malena's apartment, but it was enough to have a super enjoyable experience. The apartment was impeccable, very organized, smelling and with great energy. A highlight aside was the little market inside the condominium, which was extremely useful and practical. But what really made the difference was Malena. She is an amazing host, very attentive, communicative and full of sympathy. Since the first contact, it was easy to realize the affection and care that she puts into everything. Hard not to leave with the desire to return.

The apartment is great, close to Shopping Muller, Largo da Ordem, Oscar Niemeyer Museum, etc., you can do everything on foot. We rented it for the Curitiba half marathon and it's 600 meters from the start. Clean, complete and well-organized space. Taís responds quickly and is very kind.

The accommodation experience was great, large apartment, with great rooms, clean linen as well as the whole house. Hosting Defects: only a shower in the house, the building has no elevator and although the fit is great, the building itself is very old and requires maintenance. Anyway, we had a great stay!

Great location when staying in Curitiba.

I made a quick trip to Curitiba and really enjoyed the apartment. Very clean, smelly, beautiful, comfortable bed, good pillows, sheets and blankets too, good towels, had amenities in the bathroom. It has a complimentary water filter and coffee capsule. Everything is well arranged down to the smallest detail. I recommend it!
