Aimad’s place was a lovely home away from home when I was in Marrakech for nine weeks. It was comfy and homely, plus the air conditioning was a welcome addition in the midst of a fierce Moroccan summer. Beyond the home’s comfort and charm, Aimad is a super caring and considerate host. We had a wonderful time at Fatima's house, which is both big, warm, welcoming, clean and quiet. With several terraces including the highest one that gives a beautiful view of the sea. And Fatima is very kind. I would highly recommend it! (A little hard to find, but it's the charm of the medina, and we were immediately helped by people in the neighborhood)

The link via maps was not accurate with me, I had to call Moha to get clear instructions. The hill you have to drive up is a spicy ride, are busy restoring the track. Once at the house, we were warmly welcomed by the ladies. Since we were the first customers, we were allowed to choose our apartment ourselves. Rachid immediately gave us a bag of tea and cookies, together with the necessary explanations of the area and a tour of the house. On the rooftop terrace you have a sublime view of Chefchaouen. The apartment is like the photo, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the dinner on site, a nice tagine. The next morning breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Rachid and the ladies were always ready for any questions or desires you have. Despite the spicy slope, I could go back to the blue house in no time.

What a lovely find this beautiful apartment is, it looks like the photos, the view from the balcony is so lovely. Location wise it is near everything the beach, shops, restaurants etc, but is peaceful space with nothing but the sea to listen to. I had organised a taxi through Muhammad to pick me up from the airport as I had an evening flight, I was glad as I don’t know that I would have found the accommodation on my own in the dark, but the taxi driver walked me there and made sure I was in before leaving me. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and I hope I will be back. 😊

Where to start? Great place, very clean, perfect location close to everything i needed, and the host what an amazing trustworthy helpful guy he is, tariq is a genuine and helpful guy who is at your service anything that was needed from advice to extra things requested. Definitely be back again and made our stay even better, place is definitely worth the price and would recommend it highly. Dont miss out and regret staying anywhere else. I cant recommend this place and host enough. One of the best about and i travel alot.

I had the best time renting this apartment. it is super central in abattoir area but since it was on 6th floor you couldn't hear the streets at all. The grand taxi station, souk and loads of places to eat is so nearby. we also renting a car that I could park right outside the apartment. The security working at borj was so nice and friendly and always there to help. Not to mention the kitchen had everything you needed to cook food from omelette to couscous. Would easily rent here again!

Nice place, actually I spent a whole day just sitting in front of the windows beside a small table with coffee and some food and soaked in the ocean waves and watched the seagulls drift by. Beautiful view, clean and nicely designed moroccan apartment. I really liked the bed in an alcove, cozy and warm feeling. Highly recommended, a honeymoon or wedding anniversary would be perfect here. Only 1 caveat, the spiral staircase to get to the third and forth floors were a bit challenging fo the senior I am.

Great stay in this well-located, new and secure residence, special mention for the caretakers. The accommodation is great, spacious and with a great atmosphere and a nice view of the pool, the location is perfect and especially in a quiet alley, close to everything, Thanks again for everything!
