Vacation rentals with a patio in Morne-à-l'Eau

We spent five nights in this studio and felt immediately comfortable. Modernly furnished and thought of everything. Even a shopping cart and an umbrella were there. The only damper was the occasional lack of water in the kitchen, which was apparently normal in the marina. For this reason, a water tank was installed for the bathroom. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience.

I've never been so well hosted and accommodated in an Airbnb. The accommodation was complete and very clean. We didn't want for anything! Very spacious for a long stay and the setting is lovely. We are 200 m from the beach on the other side with warm and family-friendly restaurants. I thank the Maestroloc team very much for their warmth and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to my loved ones and I even want to come back on my next trip to Guadeloupe.

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Impeccable rental, close to Milenis shopping center and airport. The instructions are clear to get to the accommodation (via waze), take the 1st path to the right from the main street... Nicole is welcoming and always available while being very discreet. I would recommend this place with modern and neat decoration and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Had a great stay at Luana’s place. Exactly as described. Lovely to have access to the pool and was a great location to see the island.

We had a pleasant weekend in this villa! Impeccable cleanliness and very well thought out amenities. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos with a cozy atmosphere in the evening with the pool. Special mention for the hospitality of the host Nanou, who was super responsive and very understanding throughout the stay for organizing my 30th birthday. A host always available to meet different needs. I would recommend this villa without hesitation! Thanks again for the trust.

Excellent hospitality and accommodation!! The location allows you to be close to Deshaies and its area..as well as the beautiful beach of Grande Anse . you can easily get around Terre Haute too ...very nice stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kenjy's, everything is going very well! her mom was extremely kind to us which touched us a lot the apartment was perfect the family helped us a lot because we have no car , there is a family restaurant just to side where the dishes are very good we will come back to sure!

We had a great time at Virginia's place. The house is beautiful, quiet but close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. The perfect house for a stay in Guadeloupe, I highly recommend we will come back! Love it!

We were there with 4 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space. The cottage is very nicely decorated and was clean. The garden with the pool was the highlight for our children. We had a very nice time.

I recommend this rental A very spacious accommodation, located more on the side of Nogent is very well located (Commerce, Restaurant, Beaches less than 15 minutes walk away, access to the RN2 at the foot of the accommodation , ...). The stay is vast and sober (top with a view of nature) The kitchen is well equipped except for the hob but it remains a detail. A beautiful spacious bathroom with a soft Italian . A large bedroom with storage. A large outdoor terrace overlooking the private garden with trees and flowers. For our part, a little refresh of some part of the accommodation should be done . We spent 2 weeks in this villa. Very relaxing location because at the end of the road so no vehicle noise. The villa is very well equipped. The pool is a little small for 12 people and it lacks an outside toilet for the 2 bungalows (work is in progress). We'll come back anyway because we had a good time at Pascal's.

Our stay for four (2 adults / 2 children) at Sophie's was Perfect! Great welcome, at the agreed time with a small local fruit juice Secure residence where calm, kindness and respect for others reign, day or night. First thing when you walk into this apartment is the VIEW; BEAUTIFUL! It immediately invites you to go for a dip in the pool. Then it's the colors chosen to decorate this home, blue, yellow, green, colors that make you want to flourish in this little nest! ;-) Very well equipped, maybe even too much, but what do you expect, Sophie wants us to be at home. One question, no problem Sophie answers you right away! Constantly ventilated, and bathed in light! Really, thank you! See you soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at Celine, Gérald and Gabriel's. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by Gérald, who went around the owner and with whom we immediately sympathized. We even got a welcome basket! The accommodation is very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom, and even the bedroom which has air conditioning. The pool is large and in a beautiful garden, facing a majestic mango tree (which delighted us too). The accommodation is close to all amenities in Saint François. Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped. Perfect cleanliness. An apartment that the owner uses for himself is often a guarantee of quality amenities and here it is the case. The icing on the cake, this property is managed by Marina who communicates with great responsiveness. Her hosting is very warm, and throughout the stay she ensures the well-being of her guests.

In general, everything was perfect. Lack of details about the openings of doors to the pool... Lack of lighting at night in the commons. Lack of restocking and harmony in the glasses…etc. Lacks a little attention in case of late arrivals. The water bottle is good but may not be enough. This allows you to improve your services in an apartment where you feel very good elsewhere.

Top location: Pool access with sunbed, small beach with picnic tables + restaurant almost right on the water. Accommodation: very nice, all the equipment is available, there is air conditioning, as well as a fan on the kitchen/terrace part. I would say that for a few days for a family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) it does, you just have to take the time to put away your belongings, and unfold/fold the extra bed which is on the kitchen/terrace part and not be sensitive to noise because there is no "real" separation from the outside in the direction where there is a roller shutter and windows with blackouts. Anyway, it wasn't a problem for us! We recommend it without hesitation. Especially since the value for money is very good. Thanks also to Sylvie the co-host, very nice, available and accommodating 🙂
