Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party! I offer an optional "ROMANCE PACKAGE" who comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed and a good bottle of champagne to SURPRISE your love one!

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Edge of forest restyled cottage near Fontainebleau

June/July/August 5 days minimum. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Pretty country house 90 km from Paris, with garden, dining room, shower room, 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, one bedroom with 2 single beds on the 2nd floor. Bucolic setting in the countryside, with the possibility of nature walks and farm animals nearby (dog, cows, peacock, donkey, chicken). In the heart of the Marne Valley, you can visit champagne cellars, walk along the Marne. Village with bakery, butcher, market garden, winemaker, tobacco.
