The apartment is super cozy, the building is silent during the night, everything was clean and in good conditions. Also you have markets nearby and it's super close to several public transport stations. Marco was a great host, he made it possible for me to change the check-in and check out hours so they could work with my flight schedules!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The location is special, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind enough to let us stay until 12 PM on our checkout day, which we really appreciated. Renata, je was werkelijk een geweldige gastvrouw, die het je gasten continu en proactief zo plezierig mogelijk maakte. Onze woning was een recent in stijl verbouwde schuur voorzien van alle gemakken. Al had de keuken een wel erg 'authentiek' karakter. De ligging is uniek en biedt uitzicht op de prachtige tuin van jullie landgoed met in de verte Lac Leman. Ook de ligging is super praktisch: in 5 minuten loop je naar de boulevard en in 15 minuten loop je naar het station: met elke 15 minuten een trein naar Genève of Lausanne. Renata, we hebben bijna onzwiters genoten, fijn dat je dit paradijsje met ons wilde delen en we komen graag nog eens bij je terug. Henk en Corianne

Pascale a été aux petits soins. Très prévenante, réactive et flexible dans les horaires. Appartement idéalement situé, proche du lac et des commodités, joliment décoré, propre et fonctionnel (bien équipé). Si nous revenons sur Genève, nous reprendrons contact avec Pascale.

Very clean and comfortable, and Mike was respectful and responsive! Highlight #1 - fast, reliable internet; I worked remotely for the week and had no issues. Highlight #2 - across from train station; this was a great base for taking day trips out of Geneva, and access to a grocery store (Migros) that stays open past 7:00pm :)

Séjour parfait. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants (on vous conseille vivement le restaurant péruvien Terrenal). L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, les lits sont très confortables. Le parking est à deux pas. Hautement recommandé.

Marvellous stay over the Christmas period. I know that this would be a wonderful place to stay at other times of the year since it is so convenient for Lutry and exploring the Lavaux region, making the most of walking trails and public transport and boat links. The accomodation is very attractive and well appointed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

L'appartement était super, parfait pour nous car vous êtes au bord du lac et nos deux labradors ont adoré ça. Carole l'hôte est une femme adorable et nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter avec elle. Vous avez tout à proximité. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied aux restaurants et faire de nombreuses promenades en montagne pour tous. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Wir waren zu sechst imn der Villa und haben es sehr genossen! Der Whirlpool bietet genug Platz und das Haus ist ebenfalls grosszügig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und versuchten uns zu helfen wo sie konnten. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, das die Sauna nach Kloake stinkt. Wir haben sie dann nicht benuzt. Sonsz war alles sehr toll!

Christine was a very communicative host and kind when I had to check in late. The functional studio is in a conveniently located location by the train station and had all the amenities I needed to stay for a few days. I would rent again when visiting the Lauvaux region!

Wir haben die Woche Urlaub sehr genossen! Sehr viele neue Vögel kennengelernt, nachts den Biber getroffen, stundenlang den Enten beim Nestbau zugeschaut. Das Haus hat einen gut durchdachten Grundriss mit praktischer Zimmereinteilung. Drei Badezimmer. Jedes Fenster hat einen schönen Blick. Die große Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich. Danke, dass wir in dem schönen Haus wohnen durften.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Mega süßes und schönes Haus, grad weil es auch ein bisschen älter ist hat es total Charme. Der Ausblick ist genial. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Weg in die Weinberge sehr nah. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

Chris ist ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Hat uns alles gut erklärt und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit viel und hochwertiger elektronischer Ausstattung eingerichtet. Würden sofort wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für alles!

L'alloggio è davvero bello e rispecchia le foto sul sito. É situato in un'area calma (che abbiamo molto apprezzato) e la vista sul Monte Bianco è davvero bella. Fuori c'è uno spazio grande ed Alexandra ha messo a disposizione anche i giochi dei suoi bimbi per i nostri bimbi. All'interno tutto era impeccabile, pulito ed arredato con stile. Alexandra si è rivelata un host gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo di sicuro, é stato un piacere! ☺️

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Geneva. It was a beautiful place with everything you need. The beds and linens were great and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’endroit était propre, calme et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu mon arrivée et mon départ très faciles. Le quartier est agréable et bien situé, avec tout à proximité. Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !
