The home and property are beyond words. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening of relaxation. Eric makes you feel like this is your home away from home, great communication. This property is a must if you need a place to stay in Bowling Green. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Was only there for one night because of a work trip. But we walked in and was blown away about how nice the place actually was. Five stars doesn’t do it justice !

Marissa was so responsive… and we were placed in the middle of Bluegrass country was simply amazing! I spent two days at Mammoth Caves National Park, and one day at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame, jamming with other musicians, and one day at the Bill Monroe museum and homeplace in Rosine, Kentucky… It was an amazing! adventure!

In a word… FANTASTIC! 5++ Stars. Staying in Matt’s Tree House exceeded our expectations. In addition to what other reviews have noted, I will add the craftsmanship, in every detail of the Tree House, is exceptional! I enjoyed seeing this quality work. Layout, functionality, quality, tastefully decorated, and so many extras. Enjoyed the campfire ring one night as well. Highly recommended!!

My mother enjoyed her stay there, but the curvy and narrow country roads can be difficult, especially for an older person at night.
A compact bathroom space is featured, showcasing a pedestal sink with modern fixtures. A toilet is positioned discreetly beside it, and a cylindrical wire basket is placed next to the sink. Light wood flooring adds warmth to the simple design.
